Review: Verdict: 3.5⭐*** The good 👍✅ Overall Quality is excellent. The cooktop is rock solid and indeed very easy to clean. It heats very fast and it does not go over the advertised 2400W which is great to avoid tripping the breakers.✅ Controls: The controls are well positioned, the timer function is a GREAT thing to have and the front tuning knobs are smooth and easy use. In terms of human-oriented design, this ticks all the checkboxes.*** The not so good👎 The title and the "energy efficient" paragraph in the description are referring to Induction and Induction features but through all my testing there is only radiant energy and no induction.I went as far as using the three modes spaced by 30 minutes to ensure empirical accuracy. In each of the three tests, I put my hand on the surface and powered the cooktop. In radiant mode, I would obviously feel a heat that would quickly force me to remove my hand. But in the third mode, I should have felt no heat but I did, and like the two other modes, I had to quickly remove my hand due to intense heat. Induction does not heat at all unless it is magnetic metal.
