Review: My sister purchased these underwear. She wanted a secure fit and this underwear does just that. The fabric is soft. No bunches of middle pad the pad stays put and absorbs liquid like a jell like description says. Very gentle on skin. She says it's the best incontinence underwear she has ever worn. She has tried several. Price was very reasonable. Nothing leaks through leg holes very secure. She would recommend these underwear.
