Title: The Hulk Hogan of fly swatters
Review: We went looking for a fly swatter that would last - like the ones we used as kids - to replace the cheap plastic ones that last maybe a month. These are far better than the ones we used 50 years ago. THICK metal handle, sturdy leather swatter. They are even attractive to look at. A pack of three is 11 bucks??!!We've only had it for a few days, but looking at on it's hard to imagine what would break. Even if the rivet that holds leather swatter to metal handle were to come loose one could repair it with a screw/washers and nut.A few reviews say the handle is short - but it's the same length (17 inches overall) of plastic fly swatters we own.So if your tired of cheap plastic fly swatters and want something sturdier that will likely last years this is the real deal.

Title: DOES THE JOB!
Review: I've always had trouble with the flimsy fly swatters. It seems only a heavy duty swat kills the insect. Not so with these! They are not flimsy and will even kill other odd crawling insects without having to chase them through the house.

Title: Nice and sturdy, but a bit short
Review: I like that it is thick and very sturdy--will not break, and the leather seems nice and thick. Only issue is the handle---a bit short for reaching the flies. Could be about 8 inches longer.....close to a "normal" flyswatter. Well worth the price though---should last for decades!

Review: These are very well made. The stitching is even and tight. The handle is stiff and sturdy and the right length. I bought a three pack after breaking four cheap plastic ones this summer. If I’d bought one of these 20 years ago I’d still be using it today. A bit pricey but it’ll be passed on to future generations.
