As the product did what I need it to do, I didn't take them up on their offer... but they won't leave you hanging if you are pickier than I, or require more out of the device than I do.Original review: A tooth in the grinder snapped off the first time I twisted it... It was empty at the time, so it wasn't because I over-stressed it. It's inexpensive enough I'm not bothering to return it, and it's still functional.I purchased this for breaking up flake (compressed into a brick, then thinly sliced) pipe tobacco, rather than grinding cannabis.I knew when ordering that it was small, so I have no complaints about that besides to note that if you're not grinding a material you use in very small quantities you might be better off with a bigger option.Starting with some Ennerdale Flake, it took me about 5 minutes to grind out a bowl full (Edit: Actually TWO) of tobacco. I had to place the tobacco into the grinder carefully, and grind in several batches, but it did produce good results.

Title: Pleasantly surprised
Review: White was out of stock so I ordered blue… and got a white one in the blue bag! So, heads up, your colors may vary. Not complaining — a happy surprise in my case. As far as the grinder itself, I use it for hemp flower. It does a fine job making fluffy stuff. I supposed if you grind forever you could get something fine, but this is a nice grind for a small oven or paper roll. Upside to this particular grinder is it’s small and inexpensive. Looks and feels nice. Downside is that if you have sticky flower it will stick a lot to the inside of this grinder. Doesn’t feel as smooth or stay as clean as a metal grinder. It doesn’t get gross or anything like that, but you may have to use a toothpick to clean around the teeth. Happy for my basic usage.

Review: The grind is so effortless with this grinder. I took another reviewer's advice, and I'm not going to overfill it. The grind is so smooth. Way better than the other off brand, but higher priced, grinders I've been buying year in and year out here on Amazon. This is a nice budget grinder and when I'm ready to spend a little more, I'm sticking with Santa Cruz Shredder, because I was Born to Shred. Try it.

Title: It works okay at a good price.
Review: You can easily spend $60 on a metal mill that will grind fast, smoothly and probably last years. This one will do the job just fine (for a while) for much, much less and it's not a big loss if you leave it at the pool hall.Plusses: The cost, and if you are buying pre-rolls, it will save you money to do it yourself.Minuses: it doesn't hold much, has no reservoir, and it is not so smooth to turn. If you are on a budget or just interested in trying it out, it is perfectly good.If you are a clutz at rolling, you probably want a hand roller to go with it. If you have never rolled a tapered blunt, be sure to get some pre glued papers and filters - they are priced well online and much less so at head shops. Enjoy!

Review: The santa cruz shredder in my opinion is pretty much everything you could want in a grinder. The grinder quality is exquisite, made from a really good material that let's go of your grinder product so none gets wasted. Perfect size for when your on the go and no magnet which I'm a big fan of. Looks great comes in different colours and really light weight. Certainly recommend this product.

Review: It gets the job done but when you are done you can't clean it. If you try scraping the good build up off of it then bits of plastic come with it. My try was covered in bits of plastic. You can't smoke that crap so it's just a waste. I'm keeping it only to fill the void till I get a better one but it's not a good tool. Don't buy this unless you just need something temporarily.
