Title: Works after I added Another
Review: Amplifier to the TV; MOST of the time. . . Some days, even on clear ones, It does not work like it should; and I don't know what else to do with it. . . I am almost 83 years old now and can't climb on roofs anymore, almost died on the roof when installing this antenna. . . Took two first responders, two ambulance people, and the local Fire Department a total of about 45 minutes to get me off the roof. Then had to hire a guy to come and do it for me. But is is up and does work like I said above. IF I were 20 years younger, I would try raising antenna, etc., but not, so can't; and can't afford to hire anyone else. Thank you.

Title: Easy to set up, and works great.
Review: It took me 1/2 hour to set it up on patio at apts. Its very easy to put together without using any tools. I have had these antennas before and love them. The higher you can go, the more channels you will get. I could not mount on top of building and I have it mounted on my lower level patio. Picks up 17 channels the way its facing now and awesome picture quality. I made a homemade mount out of 3/4" pvc pipe before hand, to set it on. It simply just snaps together! I needed no extra cables to hook up to my tv. Comes with all you need to start viewing now. Rotator and amplifier work great. I do reccomend this, and you wont be disappointed. I know it has a lot of plastic on it, but I see know no issues down the road with it. Where the back snaps together, it is plastic. Just take it easy snapping it together. It is very sturdy, and the motor turns it around, without issues! Allow extra cable around antenna to allow it to turn freely, and dont coil the extra cable up. Just lay it loosely, or the signal quality could be affected and could put a break in the cable!

Title: Get What You Pay For
Review: Unit states that it comes with a 60 foot cable. The cable that came with my unit was closer to 30 feet and was far short of my needs. The rotor did work with this cable, but reception was very poor. I found another cable in my parts box, shortened it to 60 feet and the rotor still did not work. Both cables tested ok using SWR equipment. Thinking that there possibly could be a problem with both of these cables, I purchased a new high quality RG 8U cable, 60 feet in length, and the rotor would not work and the antenna was only able to pick up a few channels. . The unit is flimsy and not of a very good quality. Sorry for my purchase.

Title: The Good and the Bad
Review: Good: Antenna arrived neatly packaged with clear instructions that were easy to follow for assembly and installation. I installed the antenna in the attic of my 2-story house. I was pleasantly surprised with the number of channels I was able to pickup and the clarity of the picture.Bad: After completing the installation as instructed I discovered that the motor was not working to rotate the antenna. I thought maybe the antenna needed to be grounded better, so I grounded the terminal block, but it didn’t fix the problem. I contacted customer support using the email address provided with the instructions but never got a response. I decided to take the antenna apart to see if there was anything obvious that could be fixed. I found a lose wire that was detached from the control board. I was able to solder the wire to the board and put the antenna back together. It solved the problem, and the motor started working, so I was able to optimize the direction of the antenna for maximum coverage and signal strength.Summary: I gave it 3 stars because it does a great job of picking up channels, but only 3 stars because of the defect in the internal wiring that affected the motor, and the lack of customer support.
