Title: Excellent for a clogged dishwasher airgap!
Review: Excellent tool for what I needed! I had no idea about the dishwasher "airgap" thingy that sits on the top of the sink... I didn't know what it was called, but most importantly, I never knew it was NOT supposed to drain water directly from there when the Dishwasher was running! Mine started to go crazy and not just draining into the sink but outside the sink so I decided to research what that thing was. I was shocked to discover that water is NOT SUPPOSED TO COME OUT OF THERE AT ALL! So I saw a YouTube video of a dude sticking this type of tool down the airgap and getting a clog out so no more water comes out of it. So I get my tool, stick it down there and it's compacted and gross. It was compacted with something white and when you applied a lot of pressure, it would crumble. It was weird. It took a while to clean it all out from years of being clogged. Ran the dishwasher and then not a drop of water came out of the airgap. I am so thankful that I found this tool and I will make sure to clean the drain pipe at least once a month to make sure it never gets clogged again! Best money ever spent because I didn't have to call a plumber!

Title: Junk
Review: There is no brush to speak of. Mine was crushed and unusable nut even if not crushed. The brush is to small and flimsy. The handle and coated flexible shaft is a good idea and easy to clean, but the brush would never work.

Title: Okay but bristles are not great
Review: Overall, it’s not a bad product. The bristles don’t match with the picture shows. I did put a side-by-side. But it does what it’s supposed to do and that was to clean the gunk out of the drain.

Title: Brush is small and not very stiff
Review: The brush was crushed by the packaging, so it is not round at all. It is also maybe just a bit larger than an inch in diameter - maybe 1.5 - so it doesn't work well in larger pipes like a shower drain. There is no brush "head" - it is just wound into the cleaner, and is really kind of sparse - not much brush there.

Title: Poor packaging
Review: Product came with a smushed brush head. The bristles on one side are completely flat/missing. Used the product on my bathroom sink and it did a poor job at scrubbing the pvc piping. This had mixed reviews so I took a gamble and am paying for it now. Wouldn’t recommend due to poor quality.

Title: IT FIXED MY CLOGGED SHOWER
Review: I was a little skeptical by this, my shower drain has been clogged for about two weeks and I’ve been hesitant about calling plumber. However, the reviews seemed all positive, so I decided to give a try. Thank God I did! At first, it didn’t work, and I was upset having bought this. However when I took a shower the night I tried fixing it The drain was NOT clogged. I’m impressed! Definitely worth the purchase!
