Review: I use mine for warming candles - works as expected. These DO get hot underneath -- I would be hesitant to constantly have this on a desk or countertop for fear of discoloration. I place mine on top of a marble trivet. Works great.

Review: This warmer is amazing for scented candles. I have a bunch of used candles that I would normally throw out because the wick is so low, but this warmer can make that last half inch or so of wax last a really long time.It melts all of the wax in the candle starting from the bottom, so the wicks float around in the liquid wax and usually detach from the base of the candle. I just remove the wicks at that point and commit to using the candle on the warmer, but it's worth noting that if you use a candle on this warmer, it's likely that you won't be able to light it normally afterward due to the displaced wicks.The diameter of the warmer is an exact fit for Bath and Body Works three wick candles and it doesn't take too long to melt them.The only feature I wish it had is an automatic shut off or timer. I am iffy on whether it would be safe to leave it on while I sleep because the surface that it's sitting on does heat up quite a bit, so use with caution and check on the surface under the warmer every couple hours to make sure everything is okay.

Review: To be honest, I have never used a candle/mug warmer so I have nothing to compare it to- BUT, this does exactly what it needs to do!I had several candles that I couldnât finish since the wick got too small, so I bought these so I can finish all the half used candles I have! Works great! If you see in the pic, it completely melts the entire candle 🙂 itâs easy to use, you just turn on the switch & turn it off when youâre done. I will say, I do not recommend placing this on like wood long term, as the bottom of the candle warmer does get a little hot. I had it on my dresser originally, till I realized my dresser was getting hot as well if I had the warmer on too long! or maybe just place it on a porcelain plate or something if you do that 🙂 other than that, I def recommend this!
