Title: Very Picky Hat guy; Future Melin Fanatic
Review: I am a super picky hat guy, I have a small head and on top of that its shaved. Most hats are designed for people with hair so there's a lot of excess airspace above my head typically. This hat while it comes in Small still has the same height profile as a regular hat. So while it fits my head perfect in circumference it still a bit too tall for my head to fill the front of the hat. It could be just how they style their hats since the front of the hat has a pocket on the inside. If my head did fill this space I image I couldn't use the pocket.While I have these gripes so to say, I am actually super happy with it. The side profile of the hat is perfect and while the front is tall for my liking it doesn't come off bad. I did try the Melin Odyssey before the A Game and It was a little too point for my preference but its a good cross between a typical trucker and a baseball cap.As for the quality, its the best I have ever seen. I go through hats every 4-6 months. After a while of washing them from sweat from the South Texas heat or the salt of the beach they break down very quickly. I look forward to seeing how this handles its but I haven't seen anything with this type of fabric and thickness of material and typically the only hat that handles sweat stains are hiking hats that are designed to get wet. Still those tend get wrinkles and begin to lose their form.Overall I am loving the hat, the fit, the quality. Maybe a few months from now I'll come back and append my review with whatever arises but right now I am thinking I will be a life long Melin hat wearer from now on.TLDR;-Amazing quality-Good for small bald heads-A little taller than a typical baseball hat or dad hat-I am gonna buy more

Title: Great hat, right now is the best I have owned
Review: I have alot of hats. This one is definitely the best. The material is very nice and the fit is exceptional. It is more expensive than most but worth it. The only issue I have is the hat is so nice I don't want to wear it during my toughest outings, like playing tennis in the heat and humidity of Houston. The hat just seems too nice for this. I will wear everywhere else 🙂

Title: I was super skeptical
Review: Yes, it's expensive, yes I was doubtful. It started with one...now I own 3...do they stain eventually, eventually if you sweat in them, yes...can you wash them and they look good afterwords, yes...are they awesome of you have a big head, yes...are they less hot to wear than most hats...yes.... albeit, you are wearing a hat..but its better than most temperature wise..are they built like a tank....yes..you can tell the quality is high compared to most....will it change your life? no..maybe, if you're life is about hats....is it worth the money? yes...give one a try...all shall be revealed.

Title: Weird fit
Review: I have a lot of hats and rarely have issues. I have the flat brim Melin and it has this weird really fit I don't like, it's not comfortable at all as it puts a lot of pressure in the center of my forehead as the brim doesn't bend at all. I've got a pretty big head and every Richardson hat I have fits great but not the Melin. So I bought this one as it's supposed to be smaller. Well, yes, it's smaller across but still very deep so the fit is still a little weird. Again, every Richardson hat I have, flat or curved, fits great, so why is it that the Melin hats don't? I think it's because the brims won't form, they always go back to their original shape.But the quality is excellent and I do like that I can beat the crap out of it then hose it off and it looks clean again. Sweat heavy in it, rinse it, and it's all good. I'd not pay full price for these as they aren't THAT nice, but if you can grab one on sale I can safely say that at about double the price it will last three times as long.

Title: Great hat for big heads!
Review: Hats never fit me but this one is perfect, bought the XL size. The issue is typically not the circumference, it’s the depth, other hats don’t come down to my ears. This one is perfect. Once I received the first one and tried it on, I bought two more, didn’t notice the camo options the first go round! I just threw away most of my other hats.

Title: Horrible quality control
Review: I REALLY wanted to like this hat, especially after spending $70 for it, but when it arrived (size XL), the stitching / assembly was the worst I've seen of any hat I've ever purchased. From left to right, there was a 0.5" / 12mm difference in height on the hat bowl with the bill straight. I looked a bit closer and found the bill of the hat was stitched on haphazardly, and the right side of the hat bowl was sitting significantly lower than the left was in relation to the bill of the hat due to the way it was stitched together.If you manage to get a good one, I do like the quality and feel of the materials used, but for $70 these kinds of quality control issues SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.

Title: well made product
Review: I ordered this hat to try something new. I tend to perspire heavily while working on projects in the garage, so this hat was purchased due to their purported moisture wicking ability and quality construction.In the last month or so i have not yet noticed a sweat ring on the brim, which is a pleasant surprise. The camo pattern is also quite fetching.

Title: Quality built and mediocre fit
Review: It’s definitely a nice hat, but fit is pretty bad. I don’t like the snap back because it doesn’t give you a continuous adjustment. You have to fit to the levels provided. The bigger fit issue is that the hat come down to my ears and pushes them out. It’s uncomfortable having my ears being pressed out by the hat and having to be very careful how I wear it. Overall, it’s fine hat for a few minutes if you wanna suck up the discomfort, but I would not make this an everyday hat.
