Title: Great on mice!
Review: I had a huge mouse problem in my chick brooder house. I put the Tom Cat bait chunks in this which holds four at a time. For a week I had to refill with four more chunks every evening. Now, no problems and no mouse droppings or odor. Sturdy construction that keeps my dogs out of the bait.

Title: Works Great with a Good Strategy
Review: As a few other reviewers stated, these bait stations will work well for rats, mice, chipmonks, voles, and other small rodents. We had quite a problem with burrowing rodents and mice outside - almost overrun. I purchased several (4-5) of these bait stations and placed them around various sides of the house (outside) and especially in corners or where rodents traveled. The volume (capacity) of bait area coupled with access openings make this an idea bait station. Mine did come with a key to open the bait station as well as several combinations of bait rods for holding bait inside the bait station. Within a week all populations were knocked back...and quickly. I would highly recommend using Bromethalin as a one feed kill bait (the small blocks with holes in the bait to attach to the bait rods work best). Bromethalin works wonders - super fast knock-down power. Please know Bromethalin is toxic to dogs/cats/pets so it's important to keep the bait secured inside these bait stations. There are other types of bait that will also work, but when I needed super quick kill knock down power, compared to other types of bait (such as diphacinone), Bromethalin worked the best for me.My last recommendation with these bait stations are to place them as much as possible in areas maybe under pallets, or under smaller low space areas as raccoons will try to access the stations and will try to take them away if they are accessible to the point raccoons can grab them and pull them away. As such, I place a cinder block on top of my bait stations and it seems to work for the most part. You can also drill a hole through the bottom of this bait station and drill a hole through a flat piece of masonry block and run a bolt or anchor through them both so the bait station is essentially attached to the flat piece of masonry to avoid raccoons from dragging it away - they WILL try!Remember...if you tackle the rodent issue outside, the less it is likely you will have to worry about trying to tackle any issues inside...

Title: Good value
Review: The box seems to be sturdy but not sure how long the hinge will last with continued use. Would have liked to have been furnished with an instruction sheet showing how to open the box and load it with bait. Had to go to you tube to find instructions.

Title: Rat be gone! Industrial sized
Review: These are commercially used bait stations which is great. go big or go home! Treats both rats and mice -- other stations are mainly concerned about mice. I like that these are pretty "boring" design as to not attract attention from wondering little hands (i have little kids).

Title: DOES NOT COME WITH OPENING KEY. MISLEADING DESCRIPTION
Review: I needed a new key for my old box that is the same, and so I decided to order a new one as it's supposed to come with an opening key, but it does not. So that is a loss if you decide to purchase this misleading described rodent box.

Title: A great price for a very capable product. Love them
Review: These were a great price. My Pest Exterminator was charging me the price of all 3 to "loan" 1 of his. Sadly, rats in your neighborhood does NOT mean your house is dirty. They reproduce rapidly and search out bird feed tables etc. If they're in your area, better to bait them than let them find there way into the walls or attics and chew through wiring which at the least is expensive and the worst, can cause fires. These bait stations are ideal and come with a couple of methods of baiting as well as a key to open the traps (so kids can't get into them). Also, the way the bait is held inside, no cat or dog can reach in and get the bait either. The pesky rat has to enter the station and work its way deep inside and the bait is held solidly in a compartment. You cannot reach in and touch it. None the less, common sense should always prevail when working with the poison, both handling it (always wear gloves), and making sure there's no temptation for the kids to play with the stations. Very pleased with the quality. You should be able to buy the bait at your local Hardware Store. The blue/green stuff seems to work best.

Customers say

Customers like the effectiveness, build quality, and ease of use of the pest control device. They mention it works well, is well-made, and holds up well anywhere they put it. Some are satisfied with the rodent population and value for money. However, some customers have reported that the product arrived without the key that opens it.
