Title: Really nice except for a couple of things
Review: My two biggest reasons for getting this were the tower style having a smaller footprint than our current rectangular space heater, and the flame feature serving as a floor-level nightlight for our senior dogs.The flame is plenty bright enough for them, but not so bright that it keeps us awake. So that worked out perfectly.The remote is intuitive and mostly responsive, there were a few times that I pressed the buttons and it did nothing so I aimed it a little higher, more directly at the top of the heater where the control panel is, and that worked.The tip over safety feature works to shut off the heater when it's tipped, but it doesn't remember any of the settings from before it tipped over, which was a little disappointing. But it will keep your house safe, so I can re-press a few buttons as needed.Our bedroom is about 200sf, and this heater is more than sufficient to warm that space. The claim that it will warm a room to 75° in "seconds" is a bit optimistic, unless you're talking about hundreds of seconds aka "5 minutes" but the element itself does heat up quickly and the fan works well to get that heat moving.There are only two things I'm not crazy about.The first is, the fan is LOUD. Like, loud to the point where it almost drowns out the sleep noise app we run during the night, and definitely louder than our other tower fans. So if you plan to use this overnight, just be aware that it has a sort of built-in white noise feature.The second is, the ECO mode doesn't behave consistently. Last night, I set the thermostat on the heater to 68° and, since the thermostat showed the room was currently 70° I figured the heat would come on when it needed to. When I still felt the fan blowing cool air 5 minutes later, I went to check it and then bumped the setting to 70° to see what would happen. The display then said the room was currently 66° and the heater came on. I left it at 70° and when I got up this morning, the heater wasn't running and the thermostat said the room was currently 69°.So I don't know how reliable the thermostat is, and will probably just use the High/Low settings going forward.But our previous space heater didn't have a programmable thermostat at all, so it's not something I'm deeply attached to. I was able to sleep well through the fan sound. And the flame accent is not only pretty but really handy for the dogs. There's a lot to like about this heater.

Title: Parts missing ☹️
Review: The 2 bases pieces were the same therefore they could not connect to become the base, obviously I can’t say if this works since I cannot stand it up. Very disappointing since we really needed it now. Whoever was on the assembly line that day wasn’t paying attention. Now I can’t get it again at the Black Friday price. 😞
