Review: UPDATED REVIEW:Customer service reached out and very quickly rectified the problem. They sent a new ball which works great. The customer service alone was impressive but the ball itself is so fun too. Thanks so much! 5 stars from us on all fronts! âï¸ âï¸ âï¸ âï¸ âï¸***************This thing could be great except it didnât stay on. It lit up for about 2 minutes and then turned off. It would sporadically turn on but then off again in a few seconds. The light is super bright when itâs on but useless in the dark when itâs off. We even tried to change out the batteries but it didnât work.

Review: Worked for less than 5 minutes, then turned off and never worked properly afterward.Weâve tried to fix, but the light simply doesnât work.We could get it to illuminate, but once we put the led back in the ball it went out it would not light up again.
