Title: Leaks from the bottom, floods the room. Soaked clothes
Review: Update: since of a very first Four months ago, my washer does not fully shake out the water. My clothing is very wet and has ruined my drying machine. The machine continues to leak from the bottom. Do not buy this product. If you purchased it, Don’t be Worried about returning this product just do it.Update: As you can see in the video where it was leaking and needed to be tightened. I tightened it and so far it looks OK. I think it’s ridiculous that I should have to go through this for a brand new product. There are other brands out there that work perfectly fine.I just received this product in the mail today. I added some water into the machine and it just goes through and floods the floor.

Title: Good device with some flaws
Review: May or may not work for you out of the box depending on your apt.This is a decently sized portable washing machine for apartment dwellers. It is actually bigger than I thought it would be. The actual operation is pretty quiet. It cleans well and there are multiple different cycle options. The idea of avoiding the laundry mat and doing my laundry in my apartment without any permanent hookups is a great concept.The extremely annoying flaw of this device is that the hose is too short to properly drain into a sink, and the pump is too weak to make up for it.Unless your sink is exceptionally low, you'll likely struggle with this issue. It needs some good level distance on the ground before it turns upwards, otherwise, it won't drain and it will give an error in the middle of the cycle. Even if it manages to drain into a sink, it does not drain completely unless the hose is down low.Practically speaking, what this means is that in order to get it draining with the stock hose, I first have it drain into a large bucket on the ground, and then once the water starts flowing, before the bucket overflows, quickly transition to the sink to get the bulk of the water out, then I must put it back on the floor with the bucket to drain out the remaining half gallon or so.Even then, there is still some water left in the device, and when transporting it after use, if the hose falls, then you'll get water all over your floor. To make matters worse, there is no good way to attach the hose to the machine after use. In the picture on Amazon, it's sort of deceptive in that it appears as if there's a way to attach the hose in an upright position to the side of the machine but this does not exist.In the instructions, it says the hose has to stay lower than 10 cm, which does make sense to me. But then that sort of defeats the purpose of this concept, as the idea is using a sink. I suppose if you have a shower with a drain on the floor, it may work for you, but then the inlet hose is also extremely short, so your sink needs to be pretty close to the shower for that to work. I cannot put it in the bath tub to drain that way, as I'm afraid of getting the device wet, and then there would be no nearby sink to hook up the inlet hose.It is otherwise a great device but it's a shame they couldn't just add an additional couple of feet on the plastic hose and/or provide a slightly better pump. Now I'm going to have to figure out how to replace the hose or extend it, which I don't think I should have to do.

Review: Great portable washer. Washed clothes well & span dried them to perfection. Tub is not humongous in size but holds a decent enough load of clothes. Wish water inlet hose, water drain hose & power cord were longer. We had to buy an extension for the drain hose and buy a longer water inlet hose. Other than that it's pretty much a great buy. I first bought a different washer on Amazon that had lots 4.5 star reviews & had slightly bigger tub but that ended up being a total mess with the washer arriving with mold & faulty filter. Ended up having to request a full refund. Anyway, no issues with this purchase. Took about a week to arrive but well worth it.

Title: It's working out great so far
Review: My 26 month old $850 Whirlpool crapped out, I tinkered w it, the store I got it at picked it up, and determined it was the $300 computer board. I cut my losses, did some research and picked up this little machine. I also got a leveling platform which raises it almost 5", it was easy to set up, slightly confusing to operate the first time but I'm all good now, 2 weeks later. It actually handles decent sized loads of laundry. Happy w my decision, especially since I sprung for the 2 year warranty, as to not repeat my recent experience as noted earlier....

Title: Apt size washer works.
Review: I've used apt size washers for years. I bought this to replace a Black and Decker with a broken lid. No issues with B&D otherwise and it lasted about 3 years with daily use. In comparison, this one is a bit larger. So I can do larger loads at a time. It's always a good thing when laundry doesn't take as long. Installation was a little trial and error because the drain pump is not as strong as it could be. The hose needed to be laid out horizontally from the washer on the floor for a foot or so before it could be routed upwards into my kitchen sink. The power cord is a bit short but I had that problem with a previous washer so I had a heavy duty appliance extension cord on hand. I used all the previous hoses from the B&D to route the intake and drain hose to and from my kitchen sink.That is really the only issue I had. The washer works well. It cleans, spins, drains, and beeps and is not loud but I can hear it and keep an eye on it as needed. You can open the lid during the wash cycle to add detergent and during the rinse cycle to add fabric softener. Opening it any other time will cause it to stop. For $200, I am pleased. I've spent more for smaller washers that didn't work as well as this one. So it's a decent value.
