Review: When they say tall toilet, they’re not kidding. This is a very tall toilet actually too tall for me but nonetheless it does end is everything they said it would be. I just need a stool now😊 it flushes really good and that’s a positive!!

Title: High enough.
Review: Seat worst ever sat on! We had to buy a decent seat which seller should reimburse for. Also tighten the big plastic nut on bottom of tank as it was not tight enough and it leaked. Somehow water can get past the doughnut rubber ring and leak out of the tank. Material good enough to withstand DYI stress! Very good as these can crack and then it's junk.Am getting back to this to fairly follow up on the seller's action. The credited us for the cost of replacing the seat. 5 star rating for that responsible action. There was some confusion about the leak. Just understand here that installing must include tightening the big nut under the tank to be sure the seal is adequate or you could have a leak like we did. No leak at the tank fasteners after carefully securing them, but not until we tightened the big nut did our leak stop. Several days later, fantastic toilet and sure a lot easier for us older folks to get on and off. Older citizens need this toilet!

Title: didn't line up with tank
Review: We purchased this for a remodel in a clients home . The tank and bowel do not line up. When you try to secure the two together it caused it to leak. Had to purchase an additional adaptor kit so it would not leak. Have to update my review. Had to go back to my clients home because the toilet /tank were still leaking. we will be purchasing a new one from somewhere else. I do not recommend this toilet at all.

Title: Excellent!!
Review: I was worried about ordering a toilet and have it arrived damaged. But this toilet was packed so well I don't think it could ever be broken. It was a good price and a very good toilet. 21 inches from the floor to the top of the seat. I am a retired plumber and would buy from the seller many times. Thank you for a great product and the packaging was amazing.

Title: Quality issues: Seat is flimsy; flush handle is floppy
Review: 10/5 Update: In hindsight, had I known that, for quality purposes, I would need to upgrade both the flush mechanism and the seat on the two toilets purchased, as well as pay a plumber to come back to be sure the flush mechanisms are properly installed, I would have chosen a different product (See the video showing the looseness of the back/forth movement of the flush handle, causing the cheap “play” effect, though the added photo clearly shows it is firmly installed.) The overall cost of these two toilets was more than the value received.My Original Review:I purchased two of these toilets. On both, the flush handle, even when tightened appropriately, has ”play” so that when pressed there is a loose, cheap feel. Also, the seat is so flimsy that if you were to sit on it with the top closed, it “sinks” a bit. The ceramic part of the toilet seems fine so far, flushing well. Before installation, at the recommendation of another reviewer, I also purchased brass fittings to replace the ones that came with it, as well as an extra thick wax seal.
