Title: Game Changer
Review: During this pandemic, I've been cooking up a storm. One thing I've been cooking a lot of are ethnic breads--pitas, chapatis, and rotis, which all require rolling out the dough into a flat circle. Before purchasing this pastry mat, I rolled the dough on my counter top, which always made a big mess to clean up. I love this mat because it doesn't slide around while rolling out the dough. The circle guidelines help with judging the size of bread I need and the overall size of the mat is perfect. I also purchased a silicone pastry cutter to keep from damaging the surface.Cleanup is a breeze--just wash by hand in the sink and hang it up to dry. Once thoroughly dry, I roll it up and store it in the drawer next to the rolling pin. I can't believe I've been cooking for 50 years without a pastry mat. Highly recommend it.

Title: too easy to cut thru it
Review: well, i never thought for a minute i would cut thru it with a veggie slicer but i did. the product is ok but it's kinda delicate. i don't think i'll buy another one. i was making low carb bread and i damaged it while slicing dough. hdpe cutting boards are superior for my needs.however, if you aren't using blades, this works well.

Title: Perfect addition to my kitchen arsenal
Review: I love to make homemade biscuits for my family but I DESPISE the task of cleaning my counters of sticky, wet flour. My mom has had this mat for years, so I decided it was my turn to own one. The silicone makes for a non slip surface against my countertops, its the perfect size for when I roll out a doubled recipe of dough, and the clean up...its the easiest thing to clean. It literally just takes a wet paper towel to clean AND I can throw it in the dishwasher!! The mat rolls back up for easy storage. I don't know why I didn't purchase one sooner!

Review: Sticks to counter top solidly, easy to clean, great for kneading bread dough, rolling out biscuit dough and cookie dough. At first I was worried about it being so thin, but it works great and after cleaning it can be rolled up for storage. Great product!

Title: Kinda flimsy ....
Review: Its ok ,i guess. I don't like how this is super thin and flimsy, I definitely thought the quality would be better than what I received. One positive thing is that because it is so thin it folds up really tight and is very small, like when you roll up a piece of construction paper. So it fits well in my kitchen drawer. I'm not sure if I would recommend this one.
