Title: Effective Even On The Tiniest Bugs. Buy It.
Review: It pisses me off when I see that a fly made it into my bedroom. It's worse when I hear a mosquito buzzing in my ear waiting for me to fall asleep. So I ended up buying this thing. I was ready for it to be more Chinese-made garbage, but it actually works really well.I set it up in my bedroom, turned off the light and plugged it in. As I was watching TV, I heard a loud crack come from it. I thought the zapper was arcing randomly because it was so cheap. No. It blasted a full-sized mosquito. Good. I went to bed again and *crack*. It nailed the tiniest mosquito I've ever seen. Impressive. I got up two more times that first night. I ended up turning it off because the light was too bright to sleep with on.The next morning I turned it on and kept my bedroom door closed. It killed one more tiny bug. This worked far better than I could have hoped for.Pros: It works and it comes with extra bulbs.Cons: None. Except for that one time a fly got stuck and it started on fire. Had to tap it loose. Smelled like burning hair.Recommended. Keep your bedroom door closed and screened window open.

Title: Can't beat for under 20
Review: Got this for under 20 bucks. Works real good. I like it has a way switch. On side it on, middle off, the otherside is photovoltaic. Been using for couple weeks now. Even had it on during light rain and it's still working. I had 2 black flag brand I bought on clearance coupe years ago. Used them both finally and less than 2wks one died. Bought this to take it's place. So far, I'm impressed but now winter is coming so will be putting this and the other up soon. Would recommend this product.

Title: Insect Zapper
Review: It works. The sound of zapping a mosquito wasn't loud, it was a zizzle, which was nice, because the other zapper I had sounded like gunshots. I have it in the living room and the only thing that bothers me is that the lights are very bright at night. Very nice for the price which included two replacement bulbs. I keep it on 24/7. I'll come back for an update when the bulbs have to be replaced.

Title: Works surprisingly well!
Review: I haven't had a bug zapper in years. The technology has come a long way. As I understand it, the light bulbs are far more accurate now in enjoying wave lengths that attract bugs. Basically, all the mosquitoes and tiny annoying bugs are gone. It doesn't work on house flies, but they're scary oriented not sight oriented, so that's not a surprise. My one complaint is that it is to light weight so it this over very easily. I wish it had a larger, heavier base.

Review: I bought this on 20 Nov 2023 and I'm writing this review on 02 Sep 2024. Since being delivered, this zapper has been running continuously, 24hrs a day, every day. The only times it has been turned off are the handful of times I moved it or dumped off the dead bugs. I changed the bulbs somewhere around 5 months mark, swapping them to the set of extras that came with the product. I'm now approaching 5 months with these bulbs and only one is glowing, so I suspect the second will burn out soon. To me, for the nonstop use, not having to buy new bulbs until 10 months later is fine. This thing has killed a phenomenal amount of bugs, everything from fruit flies to moths to giant female mosquitoes. I keep it on top of my fridge which is right next to my sliding balcony door. I have two cats that enjoy the balcony, so I often leave the door open ~6 inches for them to use freely, which means it's very easy for bugs to get in. Rarely do any bugs make it past this when they enter, but if they do, no worries, because as soon as night hits and I turn off all other lights, with this being the only glow in the apartment, any bug that remained past dark gets zapped over night. I have loads of potted plants, and aquatic plants in large open tanks of water, so the last thing I ever want is an infestation of anything that could fly in and nest in my plants. Luckily, it's been a non-issue with this zapper.

Title: Great for larger living spaces
Review: I bought this specifically because it was described as an indoor bug zapper. Living in the mountains you get a LOT of bugs in the warmer months. I like to open the windows during the cool spring and fall temperatures. I placed this on top of the dormant wood stove in the living room that opens into the loft. Almost immediately, the satisfying SNAP and POP of crispy insects met my ears.After several weeks of use, the SNAP and POP have subsided to 1 or 2 a day so it obviously works.My only complaints are that 1) one of the spare bulbs was broken upon arrival, which COULD have happened during shipping; 2) although it is reported as 3000 volts, I periodically get insects that are not killed, 3) the shock will fling some insect corpses several inches so don't put it anywhere near food containers, plates, etc., and 4) the shock sounds are loud so it will startle pets nearby.
