Title: Great for your wrists
Review: I recently went through physical therapy and they wanted me to do planks and pushups as part of my home exercises. The problem though was my wrists. It hurt to do either of those things. Making a fist helped some but it was still an issue. I found these and I am so glad I did. They help so much with taking the strain off of my wrists. I like that they can fold up smaller to be stored away and yet they feel like they will support me just fine. I highly recommend these if you too have issues with pain in your wrists like I did.

Title: Gets the job done
Review: This is a fairly cheaply made product but you typically don't need much to get a benefit out of something like this.It's plastic and contracts/expands (think of a V that gets smaller/larger in angle), however, this does not lock into various positions. I really wish it would to add some sort of variation to the height off the ground. The handle itself also has a cheap soft foam grip that would probably tear with sufficient use over the course of a year or two. I'm 5'11 with average sized hands and I think the length of the handle is also a bit small, it can be uncomfortable.I'm not sure I would recommend this product to others.

On my pair, the foam grip tends to spin around when gripping, which can be frustrating and a bit challenging, particularly for beginners. However, they are ergonomic and non-slip, helping to prevent wrist and elbow strain – and in this case, they have been a game-changer for me. Despite the minor issues I’ve experienced with these, they are quite handy for anyone looking to expand their home gym and save space without compromising on their fitness routine.

Review: These are about the size of a paperback book, and they fold up flat. The foam won't last forever, but for now, it's great. They are a little shorter than my prior set, so you can't get quite as deep using them. But overall, they're excellent.

Review: I enjoy exercising at the gym as well as at home. I've had a pair of similar pushup bar stands years ago.I ordered this and I like what it is and does. I've had a pair of similar pushup bar stands years ago, but were made of chrome metal and rubber feet. I like that these stands are simple and compact yet durable and ready to go. They are fold-able and portable so you can take it with you when you travel so you don't miss out on your workouts. They have anti-slip rubberized feet so you can use them on almost any type of flooring, and of course vary your positioning when exercising to isolate different muscle groups. I find that with these (or other) pushup bar stands, I enjoy doing multiple sets of pushups and avoid the wrist strain that comes without using them. All in all, this is a low priced, durable compact fold-able fitness item everyone should consider owning!
