Title: Another great DeWalt product!.
Review: Pros: Quality unit, large and sturdy, collapsable, portable.Cons: Large footprint, awkward folding sequence, poor instructions. As others have said about the assembly process, just look at the picture on the box. The tiny print, small and dark pictures, and poorly written manual embarrasses me as a DeWalt owner. But you only assemble this thing once, and it comes with pre-assembled modules. Included are a 5 mm hex wrench and a 6 mm / 13 mm open end wrench. A 13 mm ratcheting socket or ratcheting wrench makes assembly easier.I attached a DeWalt DWE7485 8-1/4â inch compact table saw on the stand. The saw measures 22â deep x 23â wide in its most compact form, x 13â high. The opened stand has a footprint of 40â x 40â, plus the wheels extend another 5â to the right and the handle extends another 3â (or 6â if you choose) to the left. So my compact table saw went from 23â wide to a 48â wide affair. The price for that very stable, splayed leg 40â x 40â foot print is a trip hazard while moving around in my small shop. The opened stand is 26â high, so adding the 13â high saw put the saw table height at 39.â Folded, the saw and stand measures about 22â x 26â (across the wheels) x 45.âMy stand came with the necessary saw adapter brackets (marked F and R, and not reversible) and bolts needed for the DWE7485 saw, and another set of bolts for a different saw model. The quality of the stand seems very good. Once the folding and unfolding sequence is figured out, it works pretty well. The left legs have a different style release mechanism than the right legs have. Unfortunately, whenever moving from the folded to the open positions, the top or right legs must be extended first, so they are always poking at me while I reach down and unlock the lower legs. Same when doing the opposite move.To prevent the lower legs from sliding when I lift the saw and stand from the folded to the upright position, I have to place my foot on one of the standâs lower feet and then dodge the upper feet as I swing the stand on up. Same when going from the open to the folded position. And I need to have at least eight feet of open area to perform this maneuver. When opening the legs from the folded position, confirm that all of the leg detents are LOCKED in place. All quite doable, just be safe and prepared. And happy with your purchase.

Title: Nice stand.
Review: This works great for the 60v cordless table saw. Very sturdy, easy to setup and move around. A little on the heavy side trying to load it in the back of the truck, but much better than the sawhorse style one that I got as a package deal from HD

Title: Great unit - challenging assembly
Review: I bought this stand to mount my Dewalt DWE 7485 and, although the assembly was more challenging than it needed to be, I am very satisfied with the stand. Not that there are a lot of parts and it is complicated, itâs just that the instructions could be better. The instruction booklet is only 5 ½â by 8 ½â so it could be bigger and provide better illustrations. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the best picture of the assembled unit is the graphic on the side of the box.The reference numbers on page 1 of the instructions should coincide with the numbers in the assembly figures, but not always â for example, on page 1, the Kickstand is #9, but on page 3 of the assembly instructions, Figure D, the Kickstand tube (end of the Kickstand) is #12. I also thought that it would have been helpful if the little bags holding various metric bolts were labeled for the size of the bolt(s) inside as well as for the instruction number they pertained to.The parts included a little allen wrench and a little open ended wrench. I opted to use a 10mm and a 13mm socket and wrench with their allen wrench and that worked out better. Not all of the bolts included washers so I added washers to the assembly, as needed.Mounting the table saw to the stand and adapter brackets involves laying your table saw flat on itâs cutting surface and attaching the stand on top of it â so, youâll need to remove the blade guard and fence. I opted to snug up the adapter brackets on the stand, and place my table saw on top of the brackets and attach it instead. Itâs tightly secured and safe for use.I had 4 bolts left over â thatâs because the holes in the frame of your table saw might be large, or smaller and bolts are included to fit either size hole. When I was finally finished, I wheeled the stand and saw around the driveway a little, opened the legs, stood it up, and felt likeâ¦. Iâm liking this.

Title: The best thing you can do for your back
Review: No more bending over working off the ground or worst yet bending to pick my saw off the ground. You have to be a rocket scientist to assemble the thing as mine came with no directions, but once figured out it's a breeze to fold up. I've had it well over a year now and have transported the saw to and from countless job sites. It's holding up perfectly and rolls nicely over any terrain. Everything about it is Great..

Title: Solid stand, fit our DWE7485 8 1/4" Tablesaw
Review: I was expecting a tougher time assembling the stand and mounting the DWE7485 saw based on other reviews I read. We found it to be pretty straightforward, although it does help to have two people for sure. The adapter brackets were included, and we were able to attach the saw to the stand with them quite easily. We did not flip everything over as the instructions suggested, but mounted the brackets to the stand first. Then we carried over the saw and set it down on top of the brackets, quickly inserted the fastening bolts and then snugged it up.A couple things - One adapter bracket is stamped F and the other is stamped R, it's small and easy to miss but it does matter. I believe the F bracket matched with the side of the saw that has the Dewalt logo on it. Pay attention to the very tiny pictures in the manual, as it's easy to miss how they intend for you to fasten things on - we initially placed washers on the wrong side and had to remove a bolt or two. When you get to actually attaching the brackets to the stand and the saw to the brackets, you should have three sets of bolts to choose from leftover at that point. The smallest of those were the ones we used to fasten the saw to the brackets. If the bolts don't work/fit for the saw frame's holes (like others have said) you probably used the wrong bolts a step or two earlier and need them for the saw to bracket attachment.

Review: i had been eyeing this stand for some time for my 745 saw,as i have had and been using the dewalt folding stand...this is twice the price of that basic stand but is a vast improvement over it,not only does it fold down and make things far easier to move around and store while taking up slightly less floor space...it is vastly more stable and puts the table of the saw slightly higher as well...the height of the folding stand had always seemed slightly too low to me,and while i never really had an issue with the stability of the old stand,i was always a bit doubtful and extra cautious of it ...but this stand is rock solid and exactly the height it ought to be IMO.you do pay more for all of these type of accessories from dewalt and it feels pretty overpriced, but it IS just better all around, and i have no regrets..assembly was actually fairly straight forward,as others have said the instructions leave much to be desired, but there are not many parts and its fairly easy to figure out.if you own a table saw,you should be of the DIY type and able to make sense of this fairly quickly with the few hints the manual gives, its really not THAT complicated to put together

Review: Excellent table saw support that comes with the bracket adapters since I have the Dewalt DW745 model.Sturdy, solid and easy to transport. The assembly instructions could have been better but if you follow the logic, it is relatively easy. YouTube also has tutorials on the assembly.Very satisfied with the product.
