Title: Great Hot Coffee All Day
Review: This is a very hand warmer. Easy touch to turn on. Two choice: hot and hotter. Automatic timer turns off; however, I turn it off after I drink my cup of coffee. I use different cups, both flat Botton and rigged snd both warm easily. If you want just a warmer for your drinks, this is perfect, not a bad price either!

Title: Worked great but short lifetime
Review: *Update* Adding a star to the rating as customer service reached out unprompted and gave a full refund. May be worth it to try out the product with such a proactive customer service team. Again, in my experience it worked great when it did, the two heat levels and auto-shut off are very good features, just wish it lasted longer.Kept my tea warmed up pretty good, especially with my single-walled, borosilicate glass mugs. But like many other reviews, it just stopped working one day. In my case, the warmer still turns on but with very minimal heat, after about10 months into almost daily use.Not bad, but will now try a different brand to see if there's a longer lasting alternative.

Title: Great company and product
Review: I loved this mug warmer. I liked the style, the sleekness, the option of 2 temperature settings, the auto shutoff - just everything about it. So you can imagine my disappointment when it just quit working after only a month. I was truly disappointed. I happened to see where the company offered a 12 month warranty and provided an e-mail address with the promise of an answer within 24 hours. I e-mailed and explained the problem and had a response within 2 hours. They apologized profusely and other than asking to confirm my address, they only wanted to know the date the warmer was manufactured so they could troubleshoot. They sent me out a free replacement that day and I have already received it. I realize it's just a mug warmer, but I had looked for a long time to find one that I liked and was upset when it broke . To receive the excellent customer service that I did was unexpected in this day and time and was an added plus. I strongly recommend this product and any product by this company.

Title: Quality and Durability
Review: I’ve owned many cup warmers over the years. This one is the best since a Sunbeam in the 1970’s. I have also had POS cheap ones that died fairly quickly. I not only use this for the coffee cup stay warm, but with a flat bottomed Armatale cup for shaving cup soap. Simple. Two heat ranges. Fast. High range is probably good for melted scenting waxes.

Review: I couldn't believe how much variety there was in a mug warmer on Amazon, and settled on this as a 'barebones' solution.I didn't need anything fancy like custom temperatures, but I wanted something simple and safe that I could just forget about when I'm not using it.This unit does not take up much desk space, has multiple redundant safety features, and now that I've used it for a few weeks I am very pleased with my choice.Appearance/Controls:The Red/Blue LED is not too bright and is just enough to locate it in the dark.The touch button isn't overly-sensitive, but I have accidentally hit it a few times when grabbing the mug.In that case, it only takes a couple taps to get back to the previous setting.Safety:By default, the unit only heats when it detects the weight of a mug on it.Otherwise, the light flashes and it goes into "standby mode".You can disable this standby mode and have it heat constantly, even while the mug is off the plate.In the "always-on" mode, it will automatically turn off if left unattended for 8 hours.Neither of the two heat settings on the device are dangerously hot.I have touched the heating surface while on the High setting, and it feels like touching the side of a too-hot mug. Enough to make you pull your finger away, but not enough to cause damage.Performance:I drink HUGE ceramic mugs of tea, and I was worried this unit would only be able to warm "normal" mug sizes. Those worries were unfounded. I drink tea out of a soup bowl with a handle (also purchased here on Amazon), and this has no issues! (see image).This unit is able to keep any amount of beverage I've thrown at it comfortably hot for as long as I've reasonably tested.Unless you plan to make coffee and begin drinking it 6 hours from now, this unit will keep you happy this winter I'm sure!
