Title: Cell phone signal booster
Review: This booster works GREAT!!! We have a house in a very remote mountain area with a nice environment but poor cell phone service. I have used other brands of cellular signal boosters before.Broke after only 2 months, with disappointing after-sales service and waste of money. I bought this signal booster because a neighbor recommended it. He said his booster was used over 3 years and working great, so I decided to buy one and try it out.    Installation takes a little patience, but trust me, the process isn't difficult. I roughly read the manual and used their APP. Through video teaching and manual support, I used the APP to find the best position and orientation of the outdoor antenna. Then we go past eaves and windows. There is a jumper cable in the accessories, with which you don’t need to drill a hole. So the installation was completed smoothly. The signal is boosted immediately!! From the original one bars of signal to 4 or 5 bars!!  It must be noted that! Please test whether there is a signal outside your home first, which will affect the use after installation. Also make sure you keep a distance between the two antennas vertically and horizontally and make them face opposite directions, which is to avoid loop back.     So far this is a great product, which has given us an amazing signal boost!! Good value for money and I highly recommend it!!

Title: Amazing boost in cell signal
Review: I have never written a review and yet I read them consistently so my bad. After obsessing over the return policy knowing it probably wouldn’t work I admit I am impressed with this product. Like others have said this is the bomb for those of us who enjoy everything about rural living except the poor cell/internet coverage. (Okay, and maybe the lack of convenient, good restaurants.) I use a Verizon MiFi hotspot for internet and it can be aggravating. When it picks up a signal I have 2 bars and though a tad slow all works pretty well including streaming and zooming. My problem has been the repeated disconnecting from the cell tower. I could restart my hotspot and reconnect which is fine when I am here however when I am not and want to control my smart thermostats it is problematic. The hotspot was routinely “searching” and disconnecting so the money spent on smart thermostats seemed a waste. Now full disclosure, I have only done a temporary installation of the Hiboost but even the most rudimentary positioning of the antenna has given me 4-5 bars on the hotspot - never happened before. I have to assume this will alleviate my disconnect problem. This thing works and I probably didn’t need to buy the version that has the second indoor antenna but maybe I’ll finally be able to take a call in my kitchen. The installation instructions are a bit clunky but it’s fairly straightforward. I haven’t had to contact tech support so can’t comment on that. I do believe it’s going to worth every penny! P.S. They recommend using the Open Signal or other apps to locate your tower but please know that the info is crowd sourced so if you are like me and no one else is nearby using that app there is no crowd- ha! - and it won’t show up so don’t worry about finding it but obviously you do need some signal on your phone when outside. Just hook up the antenna and find the best signal using the recommended Signal Supervisor App.

Title: Really good product
Review: The product is easy to install and well-built. The main challenge was configuring the booster, but the support was exceptional. They provided assistance via text messaging, and the service was truly outstanding.

Title: I expected more for $600 (UPDATED!!!)
Review: ***UPDATED: Noah reached out to me directly and was able to get me all squared up. He sent me a new unit and after installing it and running some tests, I now get 2-4 bars on average, previously I was lucky if I could get even one bar in my area. The extender also works great now! I did a call test and it did not drop at all even on the 2nd level of my house. Thanks again Noah for your assistance and great customer service! I attached a new image of my cellphone speedtest, results are up and down most likely due to network congestion but the results are great!***Signal booster works somewhat, the extended booster didn't work much. Had to stay inside the main room with the main booster in order to have clear calls.I installed the extended booster in the living room. Calls get choppy with just the extended booster. Decided to return this after a week of still having choppy calls and noticed the mounting hardware (screws) are not rust-proof after going back up on the roof. For something needing to be outside and withstand the elements, they could've done a better job with it (stainless screws at least?). Also the mounting plate arrived BENT. Didn't want to deal with the hassle so I was able to mallet it to somewhat being straight enough to mount. For $600, I expected more.

Title: No more dropped calls!
Review: I have a new metal roof and hurricane proof windows and doors so my cell phone reception inside was terrible. I always had problems with dropped calls, call quality and some spots in my house I couldn't make calls at all. Also text messaging was an issue, I had to go outside to send pics or videos. After installing the HiBoost system all problems have been solved. I now have 4 to 5 bars of 5G service throughout my whole house. Very easy to install. Noah and the customer service team were very helpful as well. I couldn't be more pleased!!!

Title: Good, consistent signal...
Review: Tried a cheaper unit and had no improvement at all. Had the same problem with this unit at first: strong signal but no improvement in carrier reception. After looking at cell tower maps and locations it finally dawned on me: the antenna was pointing at a ATT tower, my carrier, but there was a Verizon tower almost directly in between! So it read good signal but for the wrong carrier. So I located another ATT tower in the opposite direction, and it worked perfectly. Even though the tower was farther away (about 8 miles), my signal went from 0 or 1 bars to 2 or three. Four if I stand closer to the indoor antenna. Having a good separation between in the outdoor and indoor antennas, along with pointing in opposite directions if possible, is also important. Would highly recommend.

Customers say

Customers are satisfied with the wireless signal repeater. They find it easy to install and say the system instructions are excellent. The signal strength is better, reliable, and streamers no longer experience issues. Many customers consider it a good booster for weak cell service. They appreciate the tech support and build quality. However, some customers have mixed opinions on call quality.
