Title: Very loud and does not dry
Review: I bought this to replace an old dishwasher that was wearing out. The low decibel rating must be fake, this machine is extremely loud! Much louder than the 20 year old broken unit it is replacing. Not only that, the tub reeks of some awful plastic chemical that leeches into my dishes and I can't get to go away. Before install I thought the stench was from the packing material and would go away after a wash cycle or two, but it is only getting worse after the 3rd wash. I did not notice any damage but I suspect this washer is defective. After each cycle, the whole wash tub is still dripping wet. This dishwasher will not last long. Buyer beware

Title: Grateful for this Dishwasher
Review: We needed a small dishwasher for the kitchen. We had a handyman remove a cabinet and install this unit. We used the quick cycle with the heated dry option. Everything we put in the dishwasher came out completely washed and dried. It was easy to put Cascade Platinum Plus detergent in the dispenser compartment. It did hold a decent amount of items and the noise level was normal for a dishwasher. Very happy with the product.

Title: Great replacement
Review: Purchased to replace the old and leaking unit in the house we purchased. We like the layout of the racks, and are able to put in quite a bit. The unit is much quiter than our old one, and the time it takes to wash a load is comparable. We haven't had any issues with dishes not getting clean. We have noticed a decrease in the amount of water used since installing this. Installation was simple (If I ignore the poor installation of the old unit which led to issues). I would recommend this.

Title: compact dishwasher for compact dishes
Review: Don't get me wrong, like the machine. Top rack was not as useful as bottom. If I had small flat dishes or cup and saucer sets for 4 or 6 people, the set would work fine. However, it cleans the six 5 inch bowls I crammed into the top rack with no issues...points for that. The silverware basket was convertible from the slotted to non-slotted and that made for more flexible arranging of the forks and spoons of differing sizes. Overall, a quiet running and decent cleaning machine.

Title: Works well. Control lettering coming off
Review: So far, the dishwasher is working rather well. It has a pretty impressive capacity considering I switched from a standard size dishwasher. However, the lettering on the control buttons started rubbing off after a week or so. "Power" and "Start" are completely gone at this point. That's not ideal and makes me a little nervous that the product wasn't well designed/ thought out. Very effective so far at cleaning dishes. I bought this brand because the air conditioner I purchased was top-notch and better than any other I've owned.

Title: doesn't work
Review: When I had the dishwasher installed and 3 days later went to use it and it sounds like the pump is out. It was so loud. When I contacted customer service I had to send proof of purchase. The next day I got the call and was told within 2 days I would get a call for someone to come and fix it. It has been 2 days and no phone calls. Obviously a known problem with them because it says in book, if no water goes into unit to contact customer service.
