Title: Perfect!!
Review: I recently bought a couple of chocolate molds that were supposed to be 100% silicone and would pass the pinch test and they didn't. Once heated, or hot liquid is added, cheap fillers can leach into your food so I want to make sure what I make for my family is safe and is made using food safe items. These molds are not flimsy and really do pass the pinch test.I make sugar free white chocolate Keto bars using cocoa butter and they pop right out of this chocolate mold. I've made dark chocolate, white, pecan, and coconut. After chilling in the refrigerator for a bit they are ready. This mold makes perfect little squares of chocolate,...and 2 larger rectangles too. Chocolate breaks apart cleanly and the molds are easy to clean in warm soapy water. I'll be buying a few more different molds from this company after seeing the quality of the one I purchased.

Title: Pure food-grade silicone, non-toxic, works well
Review: It was very important to me in searching for a mold for making chocolate that it not leach toxic stuff into the chocolate. I go through some trouble to source organic cocoa butter, cacao powder, stevia, etc to make chocolate because I don't want toxic chemicals, pesticides, and other harmful stuff in my food-- so I certainly don't want to make good chocolate and then put it in a mold that will add in toxic plastic chemicals or whatever else that I'm trying to avoid. Up to this point I've used a glass casserole dish, and if I could have found a chocolate bar mold made of glass I probably would have chosen that. But after learning a little about food-grade silicone, it seemed that good quality food-grade silicone would be a good, non-toxic alternative to glass for this purpose.This mold is made of pure, food-safe silicone (a lot of the 'silicone' items out there are actually silicone with plastic fillers, and those fillers are going to leach toxins into your food, especially if you use the item in the oven or put hot liquid chocolate into it). That's specifically why I chose this company and their mold. The quality seems very good, and the results have been great... I expect this mold will last a very long time, and if I need a different type of mold in the future I will be looking at other Freshware molds.

Title: Great for chocolate bark
Review: This product worked well for my purpose of making chocolate bark. This eliminated the issue of failing to break or cut the chocolate in nice serving sizes -- they broke right along the lines as intended, even with the toppings. The mold is plenty deep, in my opinion. I wasn't sure at first, but once you're eating the chocolate, one square is a lot of chocolate! The chocolate was easy to remove from the mold, and I like that the silicone is safe in so many applications. It makes for a great presentation, since the pieces are nice and uniform. The image is my first attempt at making the bark with a white chocolate drizzle first, then the dark chocolate, then dried strawberries and pistachios.

Title: Amazing quality.
Review: Great quality sturdy mold - no odor, definitely passes the pinch test. Chocolate bars break cleanly along the lines. Only drawback is that after a few weeks of not using it, there will be white spots appearing on the surface of the mold due to crystallization from the cocoa butter. However, I've experienced this with every chocolate mold I've owned.

Review: this was my very first silicone mold purchase, I have been asking myself why I waited so long! This product is exactly of the quality I expected it would have been of. I bought it because I am yearning to make own chocolate ,not just melt some disk then shape the melted chocolate & call it my own and thought this mold was the perfect size, for my homemade chocolate bars. it is !i'm still working on getting my chocolate formula to set with a snap when harden .which reminds me, I have been wanting to make my hubby a filled with homemade candy Easter type basket. i best get back to my first time experimenting's. window shopping the molds i'll need once I succeed.

Review: Well made but not conducive to easy handling. The finished product is too thin and prone to breakeven if not handled properly. Unlike polycarbonate molds, where you can level off the chocolate while holding the mold in hand, and this one has to sit on a firm surface. Leveling the chocolate with a spatula while sitting on the counter or on another board, and results in a mess as well as some waste of the product. Using it occasionally probably would be fine, but but do expect so difficulties.

Review: works great - love it! use if to make raw chocolate bar with honey plus more creative ingredients - makes the chocolates look professional - and of course they taste great too -- after pouring the chocolate, i put the mold on a wooden cutting board and stick it in the freezer. The chocolate is usually ready to eat in less than 1/2 hour
