Title: Handles get very hot!
Review: Theses pans cook fairly evenly and clean up easily. They are an okay quality for the price. If you are cooking with these pans for more than a few minutes the handles get very hot! I've burnt myself a couple of times. (this is using the stovetop not the oven) Another weird thing is the handles get water inside them from the dishwasher & submersion cleaning. I'll be removing the food to a serving dish and the handle will dribble water. I'm also noticing some small scratches on the cooking surface. I don't know how this happens. I'm the only one using the pans and I only use their accessories or silicone spatulas.
