Title: Not non-stick
Review: I purchased the roasting pan on Prime Day July 17 2024, and just used it last night. I had chicken skewers on the rack and some marinade dripped below onto the pan which did burn, unfortunately it did not come off easily. I soaked it overnight and first used a plastic scrapper and then a scrubber sponge for non-stick surfaces. As you can see the coating began to come off while the burnt-on marinade was still stuck. Sadly I'm returning it, I'm disappointed because it seemed otherwise well made and the size was just what I wanted.
