Review: The router we were sent had paper directions in Turkish. When my husband tried to install it the website for the router was in Turkish and could not be changed to English. We contacted product support and the tech verified it was a Turkish model. Do not recommend buying from this provider!!!

Review: It is a ADSL modem for bsnl phone line. I received it in 5 days as promised. Physical installation was easy as I replaced it with an existing unit. To configure it I had to get bsnl engineers help as I did not know user name, password etc. It has been performing well. However my Dell laptops with Windows 8 are not connecting with wifi probably due to incompability of the drive. I am yet to contact supplier for possible solution as I am able to connect with LAN. I am not able to comment on net speed as I am not sure how good is bsnl speed is. As I do not do any heavy jobs like games and movies, I am satisfied with what the modem does.This is a good product and I vote for it.
