Title: Amazing Boots
Review: SUPER great boots that are comfortable the minute you step in to them. True to size (7) with room for thick cozy socks. I ordered these out of need because Ohio weather is very fickle. Surprise they are so fashionable. I walk my Golden everywhere and spend a lot of time both outdoors and in a hockey arena. These keep my feet toasty and they are lightweight. PERFECT!

Title: Warm and comfy.
Review: Love these Carnival boots. This is my second pair or Sorels, my first was the Joan of Arctic with suede and fur cuff. I love them and wanted a shorter pair to throw on when running errands. So far these are keeping my feet toasty. I like the waterproof outer shell and the felt insert are comfy and warm. I ordered 1/2 size up to allow for thicker socks. Perfect fit.

Title: Very warm & cute!
Review: I live in the Midwest and snow can be expected every winter. I was looking for a warm boot that was easy to get on and held up through the cold & snow. Here are a few things I noticed in my first month of using the boots:1. I bought my regular shoe size. No complaints, the fit is good, snug with thicker socks. I keep the laces tied a bit loose so I can slip the boots on & off which make it a bit more practical for everyday use.2. After my first use, I almost thought I was going to have to return the boots. I wore them out all day and the back cut into my ankles really bad. After a few more tries the boots broke in a bit more and now I really don’t have any issue with it hurting my ankles.3. They are warm. We have been dealing with some single digit lows with windchills below zero the past week and my feet have been comfortable in just wool socks & the boots. The rubber keeps the snow from getting through which also helps keep them warm.4. They are big, clunky and heavy but that can be expected. Even so, they are still pretty cute and fashionable. I love the plum color, goes with everything!Over all I think they are really nice boots. Great for every day use in the snow & cold of winter. Just beware they make take a few uses to break in and might cut into your ankles at first.

Title: Best boots!
Review: I've lived in northern Illinois my whole life and I've never had a pair of Sorels, but after my first winter on my own on a college campus, I decided to invest and buy some quality winter snow boots, and let me tell you - Sorels are the way to go. If you're shopping for the perfect warm, waterproof boot, this is it!These boots are wildly warm and comfortable. They run large (I went down a half size, but I should have gone down a full size), so I wear two pairs of socks, or one pair of thick socks. They are large and clunky, there's no doubt about it, but they provide coverage that is worth having big feet. I didn't really like the white fluff that comes on top of the liner, so I just cut it off and it looks fine. They're not exceedingly fashionable, but there's this sense of luxury when you're wearing them because you know it's worth it and they're rather expensive.Because I got a size that was too large, the back of my ankles got a little blistered when they rubbed up against the back of the boot. The liners in the boot are essential - without them the boot is basically a massive, rubber shell. The liners, for me, got beat up quickly. I reckon that each winter season every year you'll need to get a new, thick boot liner. These boots are totally waterproof, so you can wear them as rainboots in late fall/early spring. I would recommend buying proper rainboots for summer, though - Sorel is too heavy and warm for summer showers. These boots - minus liners - will last you forever. I know adults who have had this brand of boot since they were in their mid-twenties and they still have them and use them. Totally worth the investment. If you shop around on eBay or other resale sites, you could definitely find them for cheaper, but Amazon offers quick shipping with a brand new set of boots.

Title: Fit Great, Look Great.
Review: I am glad I purchased the size 9 that was on sale, I wear a size 8-1/2, but these run short and that would be too small. I also don't think they are too wide, even with my narrow foot. I don't think I would need to need to wear a thick sock to fill in any gap.. They look and feel great. Will need to wait for some colder winter days to test how warm they are, but I am pretty certain, by other reviews, that they will pass the test.

Title: A little too Sasquatch-y for me.
Review: Ladies, if you’re looking for a cute narrow snow boot to attractively frolic in the snow, this boot isn’t for you. However if you’re looking for a durable snow boot to keep your toes away from frostbite in a blizzard while you get mistaken for Sasquatch, these are right up your alley.Inner lining is a bit itchy, but if you wear higher socks, you should be fine. The boot just seems abnormally wide compared to other snow boots I have and I find myself curling my toes to keep them from slipping off. I’m a real heel dragger in these bad boys. Posted a picture with my vans and a rain boot for reference. Kept them because the color is fire, they did their job and I’m also the worst at returns.

Review: I love that SOREL now makes their shoes/boots in size 12! These boots fit great. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in is that they use fake leather to secure the D-rings that the laces pass through…other than that, this is great quality and fit for the price!

Review: So I read through the reviews and many people said these fit large so I ordered my regular size 8. I would say overall they fit relatively true to size. The width is comfortable, even for wide feet like I have, however the length feels a bit short. It may just be the style, and it's more noticeable due to the rubber bottom half of the boot being a bit stiff. Edit- the length is normal, it is just from the way the rubber bottom part is designed. It is not uncomfortable at all.Either way, I ordered a half size up and will edit this review to reflect whether or not it makes a difference.Aside from that these are very nice boots! They look so nice, and with the flip-flopping weather where I live the ground d is constantly covered in slush, so I'm looking forward to having dry, warm feet on my walks to and from work!EDITOk I got the 1/2 size larger and they were too large and felt loose on my feet. They appear to fit true to size and the length is fine, it's just the way the rubber bottom half is designed. The width is nice as well, lots of room around the toe box for thicker socks. And it snowed and rained all day today, so it was the perfect day to test them... my feet stayed super warm and dry, and they seem to have pretty good traction. The only dislike is the leather strip that runs down the back of the boot from the top to the rubber bottom half. It is a bit stiff and uncomfortable on the back of the ankle/achilles tendon area, but I'm sure it will just take a few wears to soften up and mold to my foot.I would definitely recommend these boots for cold snowy winter weather!

Review: The Sorel Winter Carnival boots (size 37) fitted perfectly and were exactly as described. They are different than 40 years ago; instead, they are lighter and not so wieldy. However, they still appear to be waterproof and warm.

Customers say

Many customers like the plum color and find them pretty. However, some have issues with the weight and blister resistance. There are mixed opinions on the fit and comfort.
