Title: The best purchase ever!
Review: Because of my chronic health issues I really can’t exercise the way I’d like to I eat properly but I still wanna be fit I have systemic lupus which it attacks my muscles joints and bones actually my whole body I can already feel the results in my body the bottom of my feet from the 20 minute workout I did the first time trying it out Today is December 14, 2024 I can’t wait to see what I look like a year from now from using this I almost want to buy another one to make sure they never run out ! Easy to assemble because it’s already put together for you fast to learn how to program even if you’re not technically gifted. All in all best purchase I’ve ever made for myself I am so glad I did it! More so I’m proud of myself for making the decision to use it! And use it I will Daily. It’s also beautiful I love the fact that I had colors to choose from because now it doesn’t stand out in my home it fits right in meaning I don’t have to put it somewhere and bring it out I can leave it right here in my living room and it’s a part of the furniture.

Title: Customer Service was great
Review: UPDATEReceived a replacement within a week and the replacement is working great! My first one must have been a lemon. Again, the customer service was great!Struggled with this right out of the box. Plugged it in and it was running and I could not shut it off. I unplugged it thinking that maybe I needed to use the remote to shut it off. Batteries are not included for this remote by the way. Got the remote going plugged it back in and again it was running and I could not shut it off with the remote or with the buttons on the machine itself. It finally sparked and blew up.Such a disappointment. I will say customer service has been great. I emailed the next morning and within a couple hours I got a response and by that afternoon I had a new one headed out my way. I should get it next week. I am cautiously optimistic that I just got a fluke and my next one will be great. Update to follow.

Title: A GAME CHANGER!
Review: If you are curious about using a vibration plate, give it a try! After only a few days of using it, my body became stronger and I gained an over all sense of well being, and alleviated morning back pain after waking. I purchased it because I heard that it is good for building bone density, but it has helped in many other ways. The Ellison plate is sturdy and provides a range of intensity. I bought a second one for my brother, who has severe back pain, and he reports that it has helped!

Title: It actually works!
Review: So, I was kinda skeptical considering how many things, diets, fads, etc there are out there that are supposed to help you lose weight but this actually works! As someone who spent 23 years in the nursing field, I do say this with caution because it can cause health issues if you aren't careful. Heart patients should not use it as it can cause the heart to beat irregularly And children should NEVER USE OR PLAY ON IT! The plates vibrations affect your adrenal glands. It causes your muscles to engage and your body fat to break down. You MUST make sure you stay hydrated while exercising and always chat with your doctor about what your personal goals and limits are regarding vibration plates. But yes, I've lost 9 pounds of solid fat so far so I'm pretty thrilled!

Title: The worst user manual I have ever seen.
Review: The vibration plate works fine. However, there was scant information on how to operate it. There are programs with absolutely no information about what any of the programs do. I went online and found a bit more information, but not much. The glossy manual on a diet plan was actually good for a laugh. It was so poorly translated that it was nonsense. I recommend going with a different company so you can actually learn how to operate it. That being said, it's easy to use. I just don't know what the different settings do. I just use program 2.
