Title: A Great Purchase!
Review: Like most other buyers of the Spinshot, I spent hours researching every tennis ball machine I could find before making my decision. Initially, what sold me on the Spinshot was its heavy duty construction (mainly metal), compact size, portability (it has a great luggage retractable handle), ball capacity, and the wifi connectivity and mobile phone app to control the unit. I also noticed the universally positive reviews about Spinshot’s customer service. Then, when I received the unit (the Plus model), my expectations were totally met if not exceeded. What a great machine. Once I got the battery fully charged I was able to easily connect the unit to my android phone and run through a variety of settings: From speed to height, and from spin to direction, the machine operated flawlessly. As well, like other customers, I immediately found Spinshot’s customer service to be absolutely responsive and helpful. (My unit came with a charger that didn’t indicate that the battery was fully charged, and the folks at Spinshot sent a replacement charger out to me in 24 hours!)One of the main reasons I wanted a tennis ball machine was to help me teach my grandsons (6 and 9 years old) who have been bugging me to take them to the courts. Before the Spinshot, our teaching sessions have been OK, but pretty boring for me because I don’t get much of a chance to hit a decent ball. With the Spinshot, I now can stay on the same side of the court with my grandsons and correct them as they return balls programmed just for them, while allowing myself to hit faster and more challenging balls programmed just for me. Fantastic experience!The bottom line for me is this: I now have a quality machine that I truly believe will give me years of service and that helps me to train my grandsons and improve my tennis game without having to first find a hitting partner. But the real revelation is that I now have a new and fun way to get a challenging cardio workout to supplement the weight training that I do in my gym 2-3 days a week. Unless you are hitting with a club level partner, it is simply impossible to get the cardio workout the Spinshot provides because every ball it sends to you is perfect: Spinshot doesn’t make errors and you will run out of steam well before it does. I love it, and IMO this use of a tennis ball machine is largely overlooked.If you are on the fence about this purchase, do not hesitate. Quality construction, portability, wifi control that can be easily updated, and responsive customer service make's Spinshot a worry free purchase. Thanks Spinshot and keep up the great work!

Title: Great Customer Care
Review: UPDATE: After using all summer - this machine performed flawlessly! Plenty of ball speed for me (3.5 player). The unit is a little heavy for loading and unloading from my car, but worth it because the unit is sturdy, works great, and has an excellent battery run time (never ran out of battery power for us). Machine control settings and iOS App software was a little confusing at first. After you get used to controls, it becomes easy to change settings on the machine and with App. Overall EXCELLENT machine that has really improved my game and provided many fun and demanding workouts. So worth it!Original Review:We are very pleased with our new Spinshot Plus machine. We bought it from the Amazon Returns Center. Upon arrival, it was missing a battery charging cable and the handle had been damaged in shipping (somewhat expected due to returned unit and discounted price). We contacted Spinshot Sports and they completely resolved the issues by sending new parts. Replacement parts were perfect and easy to install! Spinshot Sports provided great customer care through Amazon. Thank you!

Title: Good luck with the remote.
Review: I’ll keep it short. It did not come with a remote although the videos show a remote. Spinshot charged me $150 for a module that I had to install. It didn’t work. I emailed them and they blamed me. Good luck.

Title: A high quality machine
Review: I purchased my Spinshot Plus machine about a month ago and am VERY PLEASED with it. I've already used it at least 15 times and can see a big improvement in my game...and has made it so much easier to work with my kids (who are intermediate/beginner players). We all love going to the court after dinner! I wish I had this when I was growing up.In terms of the machine, it is heavy duty, yet easy to transport. I'm able to turn up the ball speed and spin to an advanced level when needed, but can easily set it to beginner levels as well. I had initially looked at machines that didn't oscillate or hold that many balls. As I look back, I'm extremely glad that I spent the extra money to have these features. 120 balls moving from forehand to backhand can really give you a workout!! Also, the phone app is a nice plus. Finally, I had a couple questions for customer service and can confirm that they are extremely responsive. I highly recommend this machine.

Title: Huge disappointment
Review: Hard to review because when the machine arrived it wasn’t operable. Once turned on it got stuck in the “initializing” stage. Reached out to tech support and even sent them a video. Their solution proposal was to send me a whole new control panel and for me to install myself. At the $2k price point, this isn’t acceptable. Shipping was delayed which caused an issue by missing an event, however, I can look past shipping delays based off Covid

Title: Great Product and Features for the $
Review: This initial review is for the Spinshot-Plus Tennis ball machine. Fast shipping and well packaged. Seller gave heads up quickly after I ordered the item that the battery will be shipped separately. The battery was easy to install it charged properly; it has an overcharged protection. I downloaded the iPhone app used as the remote. The app is quite simple. The machine is excellent. I used it for 3 hours and the battery is still going strong. As advertised, i get inconsistent ball throws because I'm using a combination of old and new balls; I plan to use presureless balls for consistency. I've hit the machine a few times when i returning the balls, but it is undamaged due to it's solid construction. The sound feedback from the machine when using the phone app remote is very useful because sometimes it takes a while for the phone to connect to the machine, and the app loses connection to the machine. Overall, a great purchase.

I have used an older machine at the club and realized that I need a better machine for my 10 year old daughter that wants to improve and get better in tennis.
