Title: great looking paddock boots
Review: these are really nice riding boots at a great price. I always wore Ariat boots and I ride English. These boots are as nice for every day riding. Look really nice and have a soft foam inner lining along the sole making them quite comfortable. I was uncertain what size to order and saw most people felt they are true to size. I wear a 9-9.5 wide so I ordered a 9.5. They do run narrow so I might have tried a 10 since they just fit snug as 9.5. They just fit in light socks. If I did it again I might try a size 10 so I could wear heavy socks. Just an idea. I really like these boots for every day or as a first pair of boots. I totally recommend them. They look like real leather and are comfy.

Title: Great value
Review: I got back into riding after 18 years and found my beautiful field boots no longer fit. So I opted for these paddock boots and some half chaps instead of spending a ton on new tall boots if I'm not showing. These work great. Seem very durable, needed zero break in. Felt good from the first ride. Easy clean, no splitting or cracking, holds up to showering the horse and walking long distances. Thicker and more substantial than I was expecting but they work great. True to size and don't squish your toes!

Title: Great Boots
Review: Bought these as a cheap replacement for my Ariat boots that were stolen. I haven't ridden in them yet, but I'm pretty impressed with them so far. They look really nice right out of the box, and seem like decent quality. They're pretty comfortable, although they have no arch support like some others do. I'm also used to full leather, so it will take a while to get used to the lighter feel of synthetic, but they still feel nice. I'm always worried about buying shoes online, as I can wear a size 8.5-9.5 depending on the maker, but I ordered my normal size (9) and was very happy. They fit pretty much perfectly. So far I would say these are a great boot for such a low price.

Title: Still going strong
Review: I've been wearing mine for over a year now and they're still going strong. They fit surprisingly well from the get-go and have endured a lot of walking in rain, mud, animal poop, and who knows what else.I'd say the only thing is that the soles lack some traction, and you'll still find dirt and hay in them when you take them off.

Title: The product appears lovely upon first inspection but...
Review: The detailing on the front is a little slant in stead of straight across the toe box and it is not evenly so on both sides but this is not noticeable unless you look very closely. The ankle part of the boot is a bit wide and I do not have skinny ankles at all. There is also major creasing across the toes and if left untreated with some sort of leather conditioner it will crack badly. Same goes for the ankle area, it bends and folds a lot.The inside of the boot is very flat and the 'insole' looks very tacky and unfinished as if someone removed the insole and that is the raw under layer. The stitching and detail on the front is NOT by any means waterproof. A little water from the hose ran over my feet and went straight through (very unpleasant) and I would imagine that I'd have soggy feet if I got caught in the rain in these.Unfortunately after wearing these twice a week for one month, I'm already seeing signs that the elastic at the ankles is stretching out and that is very irritating since that area is loose and I wear my pants OVER my boots so it's not like the bulk of my pants is keeping it stretched or anything like that.Over all it appears very cheaply made and I don't see it lasting very long. Thank goodness I got these on sale for Christmas so I think I got what I paid for. If I paid full price, I would have been really really angry. If you get these on sale and need a quick pair of boots, go for it. If you can afford to purchase something a little more expensive, it would probably save you in the long run. I will be looking out for something else.PS don't get excited about how shiny these look in the pictures. I clean and either apply dubbin or saddle soap after every use (I'm afraid it would start cracking on me if I don't)Update: 30/3/19after about 16 wears, the elastic is pretty much gone. The boots feel loose and uncomfortable while riding as if the zipper has come down. Other than that, with regular treatments they have become more of less waterproof and have not cracked on me yet.

Title: Good boots! terrible shipping!
Review: I love these boots there're exactly what I expected/wanted!. The reason for a 4 star rating and not a 5 star rating is because the shipping wait is terrible. I ordered these boots twice and the first time they never came (however I got refunded immediately) and the second time the were 2 weeks late but they did get here eventually. All in all these are the best Paddock boots on the market and most affordable. There're amazing quality and fit like a glove true to size they are easy to take on and off so no more hassle! The zipper is super heavy duty. I just wish the shipping was better ðª.Ps they look dirty in the pictures because I wore them prior to taking the pictures!

Review: My order came quickly. I'm normally a size 5.5 but have wide feet so ordered a 6 and I have to say I am super happy with the fit, very comfy. Look great with my jodhpurs. Although they are not leather, they look well made and sturdy so hope they last.

Review: I was dubious about what to expect from a boot at this price but figured it would only cost me the hassle of a return to at least try them on. My old boots finally blew their zippers after 13 years and had to be cut off so I was in immediate need but all local (leather) options were just too expensive for a unanticipated purchase.I need a winter schooling boot that can survive Vancouver Island mud season and frankly I could do with one less leather product to clean and condition after every rainy ride for the next 5 months.I wear a size 8 in Ariat paddock boots but purchased these in 8.5 because that size was significantly lower in price (?!) and they fit perfectly with my regular wool riding socks. In fact I think the half size was a good idea because there is undeniably less give in the synthetic upper. The boots themselves are an attractive design and toe shape and look great on. I wore them on the ground for a day to break them in with no discomfort. And best of all, quick spray with hose and theyâre back to new.I will be interested to see how these endure and, most critically for me, stay waterproof but so far I am impressed and happy with my purchase.

Review: Great looking boot. I found they run a little big. Normally I wear an 8 but these are a little loose on my foot. Good tread.
