Title: Brain teasers for the military-minded!
Review: This book offers 40 challenging crossword puzzles themed around all things military. I confess that I have not yet worked through all of them but the ones I have completed were very educational and really made me work for the solutions (of course, not having a military background may have been somewhat of a handicap for me). I really enjoyed learning so much about various missiles, tanks, and other weaponry as well as so many fascinating details about various military organizations (ex. the highest ranking military officer of the Nigerian army or the name of the special forces unit of the Slovenian Military Police). Should you get stuck, all the answers are provided at the back of the book but I think you will have a lot more fun if you save that as a last resort. Crossword puzzle enthusiasts, especially those with an interest in military tactics, weaponry, and history, will enjoy hours of entertainment with this one!I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily offering my honest and unbiased review.
