Title: Quality pans
Review: By far my favorite pans! They work well and look great too. The ceramic coating isn't as non-stick as Teflon, but I expected that. They still clean up very easily compared to an uncoated stainless pan. The only negative I have is the conflicting information as to if they are dishwasher safe. Outside of the box they come in says dishwasher safe, but the inside packing says they are not. I usually hand wash them, but I have ran them through the dishwasher a few times with no issues so far.

Title: Great little frypan!
Review: I purchased this frypan to replace one of the same brand that I have had for at least 10 or more years. I used it so much that it got really discolored and finally some of the nonstick surface was starting to chip off around the silver rivets holding the handle on. I’m very happy with this fry pan, it cleans easily and is a perfect size!

Review: The only thing I don't like about these is that the larger of the two pans had a scratch in it that was there when I received it, only I didn't notice until after I was already using the pan (I only use silicone kitchen tools)

Review: I’ve had one of these Zwilling pans for almost two years until it was time to replace.I ordered this set, and while the smaller pan is great, the big one already has chips after two uses. We’ve only used silicone utensils in the pan.I’m disappointed and don’t know who to contact. The chat option on the website not the contact does not seem to work or be available.Update 11/27/2023 (after not even two months of use) from 3 to 1 starThe small pan has now become sticky and my food just sticks to it after cooking.I would not purchase this set again from Amazon. This seems to be of a lesser quality than the store bought one.

Review: These pans do not hold up longer than 3-6 months. While the "non stick" became very sticky after 3 months, the 10" pan began to lose the coating after 6 months. I mostly wash the pans by hand with warm soapy water and a cloth but have used the dishwasher maybe half a dozen times.After reaching out to customer service they were "overly kind" and went on about the customer experience being important to them. After 3 "positive" emails back and forth, pictures sent, a request for my mailing address, I was then asked for the size of the pan (as it's a 2 size set) . The email stated: "We are sorry to hear of the experience with our product and any inconvenience caused. To better assist, please confirm the size of the pan. Once we've received your response, we'll happily give you the next steps to fix this issue as soon as possible. "The next morning, I received another email declining to replace the pan. It stated that the rim of your pan's integrity should be intact if and when well stored to avoid this rim scratch damage. This type of peeling occurs when a pan is exposed to friction, either from dishrack slots or stacked storage. Kindly find the link below for our warranty policy and the one that follows for our use and care."I sent another picture of careful storage with special clothes designed specifically to protect pans that I use and they replied "we stand by our decision." I don't know how I could have cared for these pans better. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money. These pans are garbage.

Review: JANUARY 2024:These Zwilling nonstick pans are made of a heavy stainless-steel alloy, not softer aluminum like many other pans. Consequently, the metal is more resistant to scratches. I found the nonstick surface to be an average performer from a 'slip and slide' standpoint. However, I have been using these pans for a couple months and their nonstick surface is indeed very resilient as the manufacturer claims - I see no stuffs or scratches whatsoever. Although the manufacturer states they are safe to use with metal utensils, I didn't attempt this. I always use plastic or silicone utensils with these pans. And I carefully handwash them to they will last longer. This is in stark contrast with other, regular brand-name pans I purchased last year: despite using plastic utensils and handwashing, after 2 months their surface surprising looked all scratched and had lost much of their non-stick properties. Thus, so far, I'm very pleased with the performance of these Zwilling pans. A nice set.UPDATE - MARCH 2024:I've been using the 10" pan about once every other week, always handwashing it, never using metal utensils or abrasive pads. Well, after 3 months of occasional use, even if I generously coat it with vegetable oil, food such as eggs will stick to it, and badly so. That's right, even when coated with oil. I literally have to scrape the eggs off after they are cooked. Paradoxically, the surface of the pan still looks perfect (as expected) with not a single scratch. Who cares if a non-stick pan looks brand new when you have to scrape the eggs off? It's now become one of the most expensive sticky pans I own. A huge disappointment! Downgrading this product to 1 star.
