Title: There's plenty of value in this book.
Review: I have a bunch of real estate books from 20 years ago, and now I prepare to take both the California and Delaware exams. I bought the Kindle edition and the audible edition. The Kindle edition has terms, vocabulary, and clear explanations; likewise with the audible, but the audible is much easier for an old guy like me to hear. It seems wordy, and probably goes into too much detail for exam purposes. However, the audible version will help to acquire the language and how it's used. I simply leave it on when I'm moving around the house, and I tune in and out as I can. The reader's voice sounds great and he has very nice attitude. I suspect that I'm studying for the California exam by learning the Delaware version first.
