Review: These are so nice. First, they are very sharp, easy to use, my first use was on smoked pulled pork shoulder. the meat just shredded beautifully. I looked at many different styles. I really wanted a stainless steel set. But decided against that style, because the reviews were mixed. and I didn't want my pans all scratched up by the steel finger things.This pair did the job perfectly. Review: The image is very misleading. These are stamped steel and not solid as the picture suggests. The back is open, which means these are paper thin. They are uncomfortable to hold, and due to the open back, kind of dangerous to use as everywhere but the handles is sharp. On the plus side, they are razor sharp everywhere so they cut meat very well. Ultimately they are overpriced junk. Stamped steel, cheesy plastic handles, and misleading pictures.
