Review: I really love how simple and easy it is to adjust this chair. Feels extremely sturdy and yet still light enough to be able to carry around or move.Very easy set up.2 MINOR DOWNSIDES:1. 2 of the plastic caps on the frame were cracked. Not structural (mostly cosmetic), but still not ideal.2. Armrest is made of plastic, not metal. Not sure how well it will hold up if under a lot of pressure, but it might be no big deal.

The promised "special gift or discount" for my patience turned out to be the standard Black Friday discount available to all. Moreover, the product shows signs of wear and tear, raising concerns about its quality, and the accompanying suitcase is cheap and fragile. This entire experience has left me questioning the integrity of this company and the accuracy of their marketing claims.
