Title: Wonderful World Cuisine (made fast and easy!)
Review: Absolutely delightful!I've been a fan of Tracey's for a few years and was so excited to see she (finally) wrote a cookbook. Never mind that the photos and descriptions make me want to move to NYC, I can get the same experience from anywhere (thank you internet!) The style is effortless and encouraging and the recipes cover a variety of modes.Feeling French? Creamy mustard chicken fits the bill. In the mood for something exotic? Try the Vietnamese noodles with shrimp. Not only do you get an incredible variety (so you won't get bored) but.. the recipes are actually easy to make! The best part is they don't *look* easy and they most certainly don't taste as though they're relatively simple and often use few ingredients. It's such a relief to have options for an interesting dinner after work or having friends over where you can enjoy a delicious (and impressive) meal without spending all your time in the kitchen. That kind of cooking has it's time and place (well, for me) but it's not what I want all the time. The resources are helpful and I also appreciate some of the playful surprises. Who doesn't love burrata? I mean, seriously? But to add grapes and pistachios would have never occurred to me- and it doesn't have to because this cookbook is clever for me.Even if you have a lot of cookbooks this one is definitely worth adding to your collection. Interesting and accessible recipes with an incredible variety between the two covers.

Title: Simple yet delicious recipes
Review: I love this book. I'm not a big fan of super trendy recipes - and I feel like the recipes in this book are really timeless and classic. Like the Roasted Red Pepper Spread - super useful, flexible, yummy recipe. And the Dijon Chicken - the recipe is fairly simple but super flavorful and delicious. The recipes are also very do-able. Like the Spaghetti Bolognese - really easy to make and it provided plenty of leftovers, which I love. I haven't made any of the Semifreddo's yet, but I'm looking forward to doing so. Tracey describes them as "an elegant ice cream cake of sorts" - so yeah, I'm going to be making those!Don't let the fact that this book is based on the shops in NYC scare you away if you don't live in NY. I haven't found any ingredients in it that I can't buy here in Denver. 🙂

Title: Not Boring Food!
Review: What a great cookbook. I am always checking out cookbooks and usually find a couple recipes I really like but this jewel is packed full of delicious, unusual and often healthy recipes. Most are fairly simple and take minimal prep work. None are super complicated and yet a bouquet of flavors. It will be rewarding making a lot of these recipes. Nowhere else have I seen temperature conversion charts. How nice. A thoughtful cook book built from practical experience.

Title: Great cookbook with easy to follow recipes!
Review: I love this cookbook -- when my kids recently came home from a trip they asked me to pick something from this cookbook for their first dinner home! I find the recipes easy to follow and the dishes always come out great (and I am not a very experienced cook)! I gave it to a friend who IS a good cook and she loves the cookbook too! I highly recommend this cookbook.

Title: What a beautiful cookbook with creative recipes
Review: I was excited when I got this cookbook because I love all the stores in NYC. I make it down there a few times a year so it was nice to see all of Tracey's suggestions. I like how she promotes NYC's mom and pop shops but also her creative recipes that are fun to make. I plan on buying a bunch of these cookbooks for Christmas presents.
