Review: We like it so much we are using it on our burgers too. It's a great seasoning for your meats. A little goes a long way. I like to sprinkle some on a couple hours before hitting the grill and letting it soak in. It doesn't leave a gritty texture on your food.

Review: I prefer the Montreal Steak seasoning, but this was available for less than $4 and I do like it. It has strong notes of black pepper and is not very salty. In addition to the notes of garlic, red pepper, and red bell pepper, I have detected fennel and coriander. I'm sure there are others that are less noticable. If that flavor profile appeals to you, give this seasoning a try. It is good on other foods besides steak. I often sprinkle it over salads.
