Title: Fits great, feels great!
Review: Update (May 7, 2024): I've been using these 5 days a week for about 3 months now, and the durability has been great! I wish I can show some pics, but unfortunatelyI misplaced these after cleaning out my gym bag. They have outlasted a previous custom made mouthguard that I paid over $100 for which only lasted me 2 months before the underside side split on both ends. These 6DS have seen no split to affect its structural integrity. I've bitten through the top layer with bits of the red layer exposed on the inner side of where my top molars bites down, but they surprisingly still were holding up structurally. I have had no issues with jaw pain, and still had great teeth protection from chipping during the literal grind sessions. My progressive overload have increased weekly by reps with these on, and I dare not even test that without these as I don't want to throw off any progressive overload metrics with this mouthguard included in the equation. Today at the gym, I resorted to another backup mouthguard, and realized how much harder it was to breathe with full teeth coverage, compared to this 6DS. I've thus ordered another one. Overall, This version has been THE BEST mouthguard I've ever used, even better than any customs you can find anywhere. I wish these came out earlier before I wasted hundreds of dollars on customs. I'll be back for more when I Iose them, and/or they wear down.Original review: Wow. Fantastic job New Age! This low profile piece beats the first version by a mile for fit and comfort so far! My hope had dispersed into thin air with this brand for weightlifting mouth guards several years back with their first version (5DS). Back then trying that version out, It was too chunky, and the fit was just awful. Their brand became synonymous with gag and discomfort--to me, at least. Recently, I accidentally came across this newer version, and decided MAYBE they figured it out for other groups of lifters, so I gave them another go. It was a FINE decision at that so far! I'm rating it mostly only for the fit and comfort since I haven't really taken it to the iron house yet.Firstly, let me preface this review by mentioning that I'm a female lifter, and under 5 feet tall, around 110lbs. This is to suggest that I'm probably smaller than 99% of all the people reading this right now so my mouth is proportionately small like the rest of my body size. When I formed this, it fit PERFECTLY and COMFORTABLY on the first go. I don't get the gag reflex at all which is just the sugar on top because the majority of mouth guards cause that. If it fits my tiny @**, this one size fits all should be able to form fit to 99% of everyone else, provided you follow the video instructions, and also fit it with the right side up. I love it so far. After getting it set, I took it to my old Covid gym (garage), and smashed a couple of dumbbell chest presses with 80% of my 1RM. Jaw felt very stabilized, and concentric upwards force thru the supported clench is more. I can also breathe good. I knocked out a few more reps than I would have without this sucker on, and I love it so far. The only thing left to discuss is the durability of it, and I'll be back to update.

Title: Great for not breaking my teeth
Review: I use this when doing my 4 main lifts during heavy sets. Usually, I do not clench the back of my teeth but move my jaw to clench my front teeth together. This mouth guard makes that impossible to do and my clench goes from my front teeth to my back in a safe way. This thing helps my lifts in a noticeable way. As noticeable as when I use my belt vs not. Its weird, it works, and it saves my teeth.

Title: Compete garbage
Review: My experience with this mouth guard was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I put it on, I felt like I was strapping myself into a medieval torture contraption. The discomfort was unbearable â it's as if the designers had no understanding of basic ergonomics. Not only is the gear uncomfortable, but it's also incredibly bulky. Forget about any fluidity in your workout; this thing is a hindrance more than a help.To make matters worse, it doesn't even fit properly. The sizing seems like a cruel joke. It's either too tight in some areas, cutting into your gums, or too loose, rendering it ineffective. It's baffling how a product so poorly designed made it to market. After struggling with this monstrosity, I finally decided to cut my losses and throw it away. It's a shame that something marketed for training turned out to be nothing more than a source of frustration and disappointment. Save your money and sanity â this product is complete garbage.

Title: Grind out your sets, not your teeth.
Review: If you're lifting heavy, chances are you're biting down hard trying to squeeze that last rep. That leads to grinding down your teeth and isn't good, I'm guilty of it.The mouthpiece helps give you something to bite against, think of it as a lifting belt for your teeth and helps create pressure and keep everything aligned. It's not uncomfortable once you do the fitting process which is on their website, but be sure to do that prior to use.The shape allows for breathing while wearing it and it isn't too bulky as you can see in the pics.

Title: It works (for me)!
Review: Is it psychosomatic or does it just really work? I've seen these mouthguards before but chalked it up to just hype. I do tend to grind my teeth when attempting a heavy lift (mostly deadlifts, cleans, and snatches) and recently I tried to keep my mouth open during the first pull but ended up slightly straining my jaw (the left side anyway).I revisited this mouthguard and decided the best way to debunk it is to try it. Well, I ended up liking it. A lot. lol. But let me take a step back:The product was packaged well and I'm glad it came with a ventilated case with a small carabiner. I hang it on one of the zipper pulls on my gym bag. Setting the product was easy, too -- after scanning the QR code, I watched the video (maybe several times with pausing it) and then got the mouthguard formed (it took 2 tries cos I didn't "suck" it in the first time lol). The mouthguard was a good size for my small mouth (I did pick the smaller/low profile version for CrossFit workouts and Olympic lifts), and despite the initial awkwardness of wearing it, actually felt fine after the second lift. I wore it for the first time during back squats and as my initial sentence states, maybe it was psychosomatic but I felt more balanced squatting. I don't use it for all lifts (especially if it's not heavy) but I definitely needed it for the Yoke Walk where I got up to 235lbs for the first time.I like that this low-profile version allows me to take my micro-breaths and didn't feel too intrusive. They recommend changing it every three months so I have to monitor the wear on this mouth guard then and update the review.Overall, I'm glad I tried it and found it to be useful. I know each person is different but if you have the tendency to bite down during a lift, this may work for you, too.

Review: I was skeptical at first, but because I was chipping my teeth from biting too hard I had to do something. I can honestly say that this mouthpiece has allowed me to increase my gains consistently for over a month now, and I do feel more balanced when I bite down on it. Dentistry bills can be expensive, so the price of this gives me a bit of comfort along with those gains.
