Title: Inexpensive pharmaceutical grade one-a-day multi is easy to swallow
Review: This is a reasonably priced pharmaceutical grade multivitamin and, unlike many other multivitamins, you only need to take ONE CAPSULE per day.PROS:1) Pharmaceutical grade. This means the contents are as listed on the label. Supplements that are not pharmaceutical grade are not guaranteed to contain the listed "ingredients."2) Relatively inexpensive per day.3) Regular size capsule is EASY to SWALLOW. This is a huge concern for me; I cannot deal with horse pills any longer. This multivitamin went down with no problem.4) Only one capsule required per day. Check the labels of other multis; many list two per day.CONS:None detected so far.

Title: Great Multi
Review: This multivitamin has done amazing things. I feel better, my body functions better, my period cramps are almost gone. I do take an additional supplement with calcium/magnesium and vitamin D since this is quite low. For the price, these are an amazing value!

Title: Not so sure about Chlorella...
Review: I will say that these amazingly did not hurt my stomach! They do have a strong smell with even the lid of bottle fully on and tight. I took these for about 2 weeks and started to notice I was getting chills and achy body feelings off and on. I don't get sick anymore/ just deal with constant allergies to my environment (hyperactive immune system that is basically attacking everything I'm exposed to along with my own body). I've stopped taking them and chills/aches have stopped. Wondering if the Chlorella was detoxing my body or if I'm allergic to it?? Nevertheless, I'm not willing to keep taking them to figure it out. It's too bad. Wish they made a vitamin without the Chlorella because this is one of the few that haven't hurt my stomach and is gf/dairy free/yeast free. I also felt like some of the vitamin proportions were too low for me. Need more B's, folic acid, biotin, iron...
