Title: Solid Horror Movie with Lance Henriksen vs. Genetically Engineered Dog
Review: As a fan of the âwhen animals attackâ genre and of movie legend Lance Henriksen, Manâs Best Friend is one of those magical experiences where two great tastes are even better together. The narrative follows a murderous canine, but feels more like a slasher movie than the usual animals gone wild picture, with Max as kind of an unstoppable, terminator style maniac on the hunt. The movie does put in some effort to make Max somewhat less villainous than the usual horror killers however, as most of his victims are unlikable or flat out terrible people. A postal worker that is liberal with the mace, a sadistic mechanic, and of course a rude paperboy are all on the list of victims, as well as others. This is a horror movie to the core, but Manâs Best Friend also has a sense of humor, which comes through in dark, sometimes absurd moments. Add in a terrific cast and youâre in business, as Lance Henriksen, Ally Sheedy, and William Sanderson are on deck with solid performances. I mean, Lance Henriksen in a showdown with a brutal, violent dog is almost a lock for a fun cinematic ride. I had a lot of fun with this one and the movie holds great replay value, so for fans of animal attack cinema, horror movies, or Henriksen, the movie is recommended. Visit my site for a full review!

Review: Este es un tÃtulo de esos que tenÃa pendiente y que anduvo pir los videoclubs españoles en los 90. Viendo la oferta y el buen precio no podÃa perder ocasión de añadirla a la colección. A ver, no es un filme redondo, pero el perrazo mola y Lance Henriksen siempre dota de empaque las pelis donde sale, por baratas que sean.

Review: Un film de terror con toques de humor negro inspirado por films como la interesante Cujo, el perro asesino.Protagonizada por uno de mis actores favoritos, Lance Henriksen estamos ante una pelÃcula entretenida y con cierto mensaje social a favor de los animales y los crueles experimentos que se realizan con ellos en oscuros laboratorios sometidos a torturas brutales.La pelÃcula esta bien rodada y fotografiada tiene buenos momentos con el perro psicópata que la verdad resulta intimidante y por lo general resulta entretenida y con cierta calidad, no es un producto vulgar y mediocre como pueda parecer.

Review: Pues para esta pelÃcula que aunque tiene ya sus años me encantó en su dÃa cuando la vi y hoy en dÃa lo sigue haciendo, comentar que la carátula trasera está mal ya que pone que trae audio castellano 5.1 y no es verdad es un 2.0 dejo constancia de este fallo para todo aquel comprador que quiera comprarla saludos
