Title: Be Prepared For The Power!
Review: NOTE: 03/09/2022I have learned some things since getting this wonderful juicer I would like to pass on to you, if you are considering getting one for yourself. In order to preserve the motor, DO NOT PUT WHOLE FRUITS IN MACHINE. I am now chopping fruits and vegetables up into smaller pieces which is making my machine purr instead of growl. Be careful with Beets, especially. Chop them into small chunks. Too fibrous. I find it relaxing chopping everything up. I was skeptical in the first place about putting whole apples, oranges, etc into the hopper. It is just too much for the motor to absorb day after day. Just wanted you to know about MY personal experience.I am giving this juicer 5 Stars even though the cleaning brush was not included in the box. Amazon cannot send you one. I asked. I had a Breville juicer years ago but this one is far and away more powerful. Just be prepared to cover the slot with the stamper immediately after dropping in the fruits and veggies because it will fling the items into the air if the stamper isn't in place. After I got the hang of it everything was great.Yes, it's easy to clean, but you have to disassemble the entire juicer and clean all the parts.I made my first Breville Beverage as I call it, today. Clementines, carrots, green apples, ginger and one stalk of celery. What joy! I savored every drop and can't wait to do it again tomorrow for lunch. Today it is 3 below zero in NYC and my apartment is freezing even though the heat is on full tilt. A week ago it was 60 degrees in December! So I took my time making my drink in the warm kitchen and if there is one thing my body can't get enough of with the killer viruses it's fresh juice! My body is probably applauding me right now but I can't hear it because my teeth are chattering too loudly due to the freezing cold.Aside from not getting the cleaning brush (I am using a tooth brush) everything was in the box ready to go. I was worried the voltage hookup in my apt. might not be able to handle the power but it held out. You worry about this in old apartments in NYC. Blown fuses are not fun. So far so good.Fresh fruit is not cheap these days so I will keep the varieties of fruit at a minimum for the time being. Some neighborhood stores are cheaper than others so I do take that into consideration. what is more important in the time of Covid? Spending a few dollars for fruit and juicing them or getting Covid again. I have had it twice in two years. Not fun. And, at pushing 80, I have to be super careful.The perfect product at the perfect time. I love what it did for me today and look forward to many more glasses of health in months to come. A wonderful purchase. Breville is a very reliable company. All my Breville products work like a charm. So glad I bought it.UPDATE: 01-27-2022 The addition of this juicer to my every day life has been a life saver on many levels. I am saving a lot of money I would normally spend at the grocery store buying fruits and vegetables instead of chicken breasts and pork chops. There was a wonderful juice shop in Greenwich Village in the early 2000s that charged $10 for a small bottle of fresh juice. I made a special subway trip to the store twice a month. Due to rent increases the store closed. I kept one of the bottles in my freezer for some reason and so thankful I did. The Sweet & Dandy bottle contained: Beets, Oranges, Ginger, Apple, Pineapple, Celery, I now replicate that very same flavor every morning with my Breville juicer. Fabulous taste and incredibly good for me as well. I wish I had bought this juicer before the pandemic. It might have made me stronger and able to fight off colds, flues and Covid. Buy one today!

Title: Great Way to Lose Weight and Get Healthy
Review: After watching Joe Cross' NETFLIX video "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead," where he begins his journey to take control of his health through juicing, we purchased this model Breville. This model has three very good qualities that make it a great juicer and the reason I gave it five stars:1. Easy to Clean - had an older Cuisinart model that was difficult to disassemble and clean. Because of this, we didn't feel like going through the effort to juice anything after the novelty wore off. This Breville model comes apart easily in 5 components making it super easy to clean with nothing more than warm soapy water. We lay out a drying mat on the counter and let them air dry for the next juicing session, too easy. Of note, it comes with a special brush to clean the wire mesh screen, but I have found that you can also use your sink's sprayer, if you have one, to clean the screen by pushing water back through the screen.2. Extracts 90% of the fruit/vegetable. Because one of the benefits of juicing is getting nutrients (not just having great tasting thirst quenching juices), you want a juicer that extracts as much of them as possible. The pulp that is left over is very dry, indicating that this model extracts most of the liquid, so it does what it claims. We often use the left over pulp in some of our soup recipes and this adds volume and great taste. We often also use the pulp in a blender with the extracted juice with ice to get 100% of the nutrients, but in a "smoothie" type consistency.3. High and Low speed functions. By having two speeds available, you can extract the most juice from an assortment/variety of fruits and vegetables. Low setting for softer fruits and vegetables, higher setting for apples, pears, carrots, etc.Now the best part; since juicing just over 30 days ago, I have lost 10.8 pounds and I have not been hungry, cranky, or having cravings of any type; this machine is a great addition to anyone that wants to start introducing more fresh fruits and vegetables into their diet. I hated vegetables and now I have come to love them. My sense of taste, smell, and energy levels have increased beyond measure. Get this machine and you won't be disappointed, it has changed my life and I know it can change yours.

Review: lo probé con betabel + zanahoria y no tuvo ningun problema para procesarlo.Es de facil desarmado, para limpiarlo puedes hacerlo simplemente con el chorro de agua fuerte y no tendras problema para tallar, al ser plastico obviamente si lo tallas se va a rayar.Lo he usado por 1 semana y jamas me ha dado problema, excelente producto.

Review: I have only been using this for just over a month and I am not certain yet if I am really enjoying the machine or if I just missed having a juicer so much that having a new one feels like the greatest gift I have given myself.First, it is a good machine: my old machine was much more industrial and was very heavy and sturdy while this machine is extremely lightweight and far easier to clean. In fairness to my old machine, it was purchased a so so long ago and things have change. The lightweight aspect of the Brevillenis one of the reasons I hesitated to purchase it, when you are used to a more industrial machine there might be a slight bias against anything else for fear that there wouldn’t be enough power to consistently process things like beets everyday but, thus far, the Breville has powered through near daily use for two people without a hiccup.I was also hesitant because of my fears that this type of machine would overheat the nutrients rendering them nonexistent but I did my due diligence and did some research and the Jet factor seems to be minimal for the most part. The juice produced has also never been noticeable warmed that the temperature of the fruit at introduction.And, the Breville is shocking quick to clean. Won’t lie, I still complain about cleaning it but it does not take long and the included brush does speed the cleaning of the blades (and keeps you from doing something stupid like thoughtlessly using a cloth and slicing your fingers).Some people have complained it is loud but the higher power setting is not any louder than any other juicer I have had to use in the last couple of decades. It’s actually quieter than many but if you are not used to just how loud a juicer can be or did not appreciate how loud they actually are until you had one in your much-quieter-than-a-juice-bar home, I understand that the sound might be surprising. It is also the reason I do not make juice for my breakfast (I am often up at 4 am for work) and I will not run the juicer after 9:30/10pm.At any rate, so happy to finally have the Breville in my home and, hopefully, I will have it for years to come.

Review: probé a penas el extractor y realmente me gustó, exprime muy bien las frutas. También me gusta que tiene un contenedor externo a donde se va lo restante de la fruta, puedes usarlo para todo tipo de fruta pero no para aquellos como las hojitas del apio. eso no se licuar, hay que usar licuadora para ellas.la parte en donde se van agregando las frutas es muy amplio, eso también es bueno porque puedes meter no sólo zanahorias, sino manzanas y frutas más grandes.es fácil de lavar aunque sí trae muchas piezas.en general lo recomiendo mucho.

Review: Excellent experience. Amazing product. Everything as described. Loving it.Update 2016:Still going strong after almost 2 years of very frequent use. This product is amazing it juices everything that it is supposed to!! My wife and I have tried numerous combinations of fruits and vegetables and have loved them all. It gets your creative juices flowing. 🙂 It is a great means of obtaining (natural) energy!! (great for people on a diet).No cracks or fading, the components still look brand new. It is easy to clean by hand (brush is provided); takes less than 5 minutes. It is very easy to assemble and dissemble. The suction cups at the bottom provide a good strong grip to the surface and makes it sturdy and keeps the juicer from wiggling during juicing. The input (mouth) of the juicer is quite wide and makes it easier to juice large fruits/vegetables without cutting them into very small pieces. I insert a compostable bag (which the juicer easily accommodates - no spills or leakage) in the pulp dispensing bucket before juicing which makes it easier to throw away the pulp. It also keeps the bucket clean.Once you start juicing all the big brand name juices don't taste as good. This is a great way of getting kids to drink healthy and to get off all the added sugar drinks/juices. Stay thirsty my friends!Definitely recommend this product.
