Unlocking Hose Reel & How to Retract

Give the hose a short sharp pull(approximate 2-4 in) and you will feel the hose automatically retract. You can interrupt this process by pulling the hose again.

Dealing with Tangles Inside The Reel

Extend the hose to its full length and then permit it to retract smoothly as you walk it back to the hose reel housing . This will allow the self-layering mechanism to layer the hose correctly into the reel.

Solutions for Leaks at The Interface

Supplied with two seals which can be replaced and a Teflon tape that can be wrapped at the interface to preventing leakage.

Title: Excellent Retractable Hose!
Review: Bought this retractable hose for our front yard. Initially, there was some difficulty pulling & retracting, but after several days of using it, the pulling & retracting became easier. A certain technique in retracting by pulling it a bit to release the lock/tension is important. It’s very convenient to use. There is also an adjustable dial on the handheld nozzle that you can adjust to specific way of watering. The convenience of this hose is brilliant! The quality is great. From some of the reviews it was mentioned about leaks, but I don’t see any. The company is also very reliable, honest & even sent me a message regarding possible leaks. Their product has 2 years warranty. I’m even planning to buy another one for our backyard. I’m also telling my friends & neighbors how happy we are with this company & this product.

Title: Arrived undamaged, works just fine
Review: Recieved it quickly, and undamaged. Was easy to install, but the unit came loose from the wall, the first time I used it. Problem was the fasteners it comes with were not , either long enough, or large enough. They pulled right through the drilled holes. Not much of a problem, just used a larger size, and different kind of mounting hardware. Also, this is not a problem, but I noticed others mentioning this, the nozzle leaks. No big deal, I have others. Seems to be a nice unit, works for me just fine.

Review: So far I love the hose, compact and swings out of the way when not needed. The hose retracts well and functions as expected. The hose material itself does seem light like it may be a problem down the road however I can’t say that for sure so no points deducted. It does seem like a great value and was exactly what we needed

Title: This is awesome. Works like an air hose reel at the service station.
Review: I've had it for a couple months now. It was fairly easy to install (when you pay attention and mount it right-side-up). The retraction works great and doesn't make a water mess like an auto-retractor I had years ago. The swivel works great and stays flush against the house when I move it there. Now even the kids are putting the hose away when their done.I'm hopeful that the hose material will last and wonder if I can replace it easily when it goes, but I don't expect that to happen for a few years.I'll probably buy 2 more for the other areas of my yard in the next year or so.
