Title: Great internet software
Review: This is a solid product that I have been using for the past 10 years. You get to protect multiple devices for 2 years with the peace of mind that when you are surfing the internet you are being protected by AVG. Very easy to install and operate. Use the deep scan option as often as needed based on your online activity. I run a deep scan at least once a week. Great product and value.

Title: Good AV and Malware Product
Review: I used Avast before but decided to try AVG this time. Avast and AVG use the same engine, so the only difference is the GUI. Note, Avast bought AVG a couple of years ago. I think the AVG's GUI is slightly easier to use. When you do more advantages functions, like working with firewall rules, the GUI is identical and both are easy to use. AVG does not appear to be a resource hog. I haven't noticed is using a lot of processor time. Since it uses the same engine as Avast, I would expect not to be a resource hog.I would buy either Avast or AVG again as both are decent products. I have installed AVG on Windows, Android, and IOS without any problems. You just need to add the license key and you can easily find instructions online for doing this. I bought the 10 device version and I learned with Avast that you need to track the systems that you install the product on. If you buy directly from the company, you can register each system with the company, so you will know how many licenses you used by checking online.When you buy AVG 3rd party, you need to track each system. You also have to remember to uninstall the software if you are switching computers. If not you will not be able to get that license back. I note each system I install AVG on in a text file. Under "My Subscriptions" you can see the expiration date of each module and AVG will give you pop-ups when your subscription is close to expiring, so you won't get caught off guard.

Title: Ease of use and is effective protection
Review: After it is downloaded and installed, it is very easy to use. It comes loaded with helpful features and does a very good job in keeping your devices safe, if you allow the additional features to function (permissions). This is the best anti-virus that I have ever used.

Title: NO SUPPORT. Product causes more issues than it solves. Buyer beware.
Review: I tried to create a rescue disk after install. I get an error " Unable to create rescue disk". This happened on two windows pc. different OS. contacted support. They ask for a screenshot. Sent it. End of support. I believe their download file is not working and has an issue. Still waiting. I bought the 2 year, like others have. stuck with it for 2 years. Will be using a different antivirus after this.UPDATE MAY 2024:Senior level Support sent me an email asking me to download an run a tool. I reply back that i can not troubleshoot their download file for them. I then got a VIRUS on my pc. Had to use sys restore to get rid of it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND THEIR SUPPORT.

Title: Activation Code Error
Review: I bought for 10 devices. Activation Code has worked quite ok. I save that activation Code Number, but when i insert that Activation number for Second Device, it shows Activation Code number is error. Fortunately, other way i installed Avg Internet Security anti virus software without MY acitvation Code. They let me do it. I emailed AVG Customer Support regarding this matter that Activation Code number must work for multiple devices as i bought, it shows error. But i didn't get back from them yet.
