Review: Perfect replacement part for my dryer. New dryer $500 -$1000. Easy fix with this heater element. There are no instructions included but not really difficult to do. Comes with everything you need if the dryer stops heating up. Saved me a lot of money!

Title: Welds not very good
Review: Frist delivery was missing parts. Second delivery came with all parts was able to put together but the 3977767 part welds broke. So placed the old one on it to see if it would work still and by my surprise it did heat up and work. Would give 5 stars but part broke during installation

Review: I installed all parts on an Amana dryer that no longer had heat. Once all parts were swapped the dryer was working great again. Only the heater coils were bad, but at this price why not swap all sensors too?

Review: I am on my third one of these in the last 5 years or so. I figure that 2 years or so is not so bad, considering it's a fairly inexpensive purchase. However, this repair I installed everything, did them one at a time to insure the wiring was correct, and still no heat. The coils are not kicking anything off, the case is cold to touch. I removed the thermostat and the arm just came right off in my hand. Not sure if my dryer has a different or larger problem but I also dont trust the parts to be working correctly either.
