Title: Firm but comfortable
Review: Just unpacked and set this up and happy with the purchase. The packing comes in 3 boxes: 1 with the chaise, 1 with the sofa section, and 1 with the end pieces. Assembly is easy, just needing to screw in some plastic feet and slide big pieces together to securing tabs. That was a bit tricky trying to maneuver the large pieces so the tabs align and lock into each other but overall not bad as far as assembly goes. Couch is very firm with softer back cushions so definitely not everyone's preference. Chaise storage is very large and the lifting arms are secure and strong to hold chaise open when placing items inside. The extending sleeper section slides in and out easily but if on a thick carpet may cause the carpet to bunch a bit. The shelving side of the couch arm is lined in black making it very attractive. The stools are lighteweight and sturdy. The color and texture of the couch seems a little darker and more coarse than in the picture. Resembles a melange weave. Overall seems durable and fabric seems well upholstered. Size is appropriste for a 10'x10' or bigger space. At this time have not used the couch to determine longevity.

Title: Easy to assemble
Review: Besides the delivery process this couch was overall better than expected. Did not have cup holders in the middle pillow as advertised and it’s not reversible as it says. But Love the mini pillows and color. Sturdy and easy to put together. Comfortable to sit on and pull out be it’s comfy too. Not too firm.

Title: Long delivery, easy to assemble, looks just like image.
Review: Ordered on Nov 9, 2024, 2 out of 3 boxes were delivered on December 7, 2024, the final box was delivered on December 14, 2024.Ordered black, but it’s definitely deep navy blue.It was very easy to set up once it finally arrived. Definitely heavy. Looks just like the image and is comfy if you like a firm couch.

Title: Not actually reversible
Review: I'm a little disappointed the sofa isn't actually reversible. I even asked before I purchased... The back cushions for the main part of the sofa are in a fixed position, so if you put the chaise on the left instead of the right, the cushion with the cup holders that should be in the center is actually on the far right. This means that center console is basically useless (because it's not in the center). The CHAISE is reversible, the sofa part is not. Kind of defeats the purpose of that whole feature. If you want a RIGHT facing sectional, then it's great.Echoing whoever said not all the holes are pre-drilled. That's accurate, and you will need a drill to put the feet on.Very firm out of the box, so we'll see how it wears. It was quite straightforward to put together (other than the fixed cushion issue).Again, if you want all the features, definitely intend to set it up as chaise-right. Hopefully, this help someone since the Q&A did not help me.**Photos are without the other two cushions to show what I mean about the fixed cushion.

Title: Better than I anticipated
Review: Honestly I was expecting to get the couch and find it to be made with a cheap material. But for the price it turned out to be a really nice looking couch and sturdy. The cushions are kind of firm. But maybe they will loosen up. I am very pleased with this couch. I Also love that it came with tiny pillows.
