Title: Must have!
Review: I have a 10 month old Rottweiler puppy who gets a little too boisterous. He gets so caught up in what he's doing to remember to listen to mom. This is just enough to get his attention and be able to correct his behavior. It doesn't seem to hurt him, it just makes him stop and listen. I'm grateful for it, so I can save my voice from yelling. It is durable and seems well made.

Title: Bulky and not getting a response
Review: Edit: Adding a star and I'm editing to add that my dogs are responding to unit now but only when they're calm and doing something I want them to stop. Like softly growling at each other. I do still think there's a difference in the sound it puts out that they weren't immediately and initially responding to it while being extra rambunctious. Still knocking a star for being really bulky though. Using in it the house is fine but I don't like carrying it around. And I constantly hitting the flashlight button, still. The flashlight can be turned on even if the switch is set to off for the dog deterrent part.I have another one of these dog deterrent devices and it gets a response from my dogs instantly. It doesn't claim to be enhanced ultrasonic or have two different levels of intensity. So I wanted to get this one to have a more powerful device on hand. But my dogs have zero response to this device. They don't even turn their heads to look at me or anything. Zero acknowledgment that I've even pressed the button. I know it's working though. It makes a vibration and I can almost hear it. They just for whatever reason aren't responding to it.So besides it not working for me, it's really bulky in my hand. I'm female with not tiny hands, but small hands and it's too big in my hand. This might be something a larger handed person may love but for me it's not so ergonomic. But at the same time of being large/ bulky, it's really light weight. Doesn't feel very secure in my hand for both reasons.When pressing the buttons, the stimulation or sound, however you want to word it, isn't continuous. It's a short burst. That may be why my dogs don't respond to it. My other device is continuous as long as you're pressing the button. And when you have 12 dogs, 6 of which are feisty full stock German Shepherds, they need more continuous sound to get their attention. That could be the issue, but I think it's the frequency output, too.The light is a nice feature on this device however, it would've been butter to have a on/off slide for the light. It's easy to hit the button. The device is a decent price if it works for you. You'll just have to try it out. Every dog is different and where one device might fail another will be the perfect solution.

Title: Works great
Review: Easy to use. Lightweight. Size is good, fits in the palm of my hand and I have big hands. Comes with charging cord and wrist tether. I had to get a paperclip to feed the wrist tether through the plastic loop.My doggie definitely hears it. She barks so much. She barks when the wind changes direction, haha. I will have to watch some videos on how to use this as a training tool for my Old English doodle.

Title: *Edit* Maybe effective with my dogs.
Review: *Edit - Update* I just realized the left button also operates the ultrasonic (without the flashing LED). The experience I wrote at first (below) was not accurate. I can feel the device vibrating slightly differently from when pressing the right button. Still, I think the right button is "max" and it always has the flashing light, but doesn't seem to phase my dogs.These ultra-sonic devices are hit and miss with dogs. I've tried some others which have not worked on my dogs. This one does catch their attention, but only slightly. One of my dogs is very reactive so even the slight attention grab when using this is okay, but so far it hasn't distracted her enough to where she will stop the barking. There is also a strobing light which activates at the same time as the ultra-sonic action and I don't think there is any way to disable the light so you can't use this without causing a visual scene even though it's silent. There is also a flashlight function which for some reason is on the opposite end of the device so if you are using the flashlight, but then you want to use the ultra-sonic feature which you are supposed to point toward the dog, it's kind of clumsy to have to flip it around then press the button. Then when you do that you will have a beam from the flashlight pointing towards yourself & the strobing light flashing towards whatever direction you are pointing the ultra-sonic signal towards. In the end, it's not a very discreet tool to use if you are trying to be discreet. Rechargeable battery feature is good and I guess if it doesn't work to stop your dog from barking, it will make a good rechargeable flashlight to have around.

Title: Works as intended
Review: I was definitely skeptical when purchasing this as I am right now using a bark collar because my little doggy barks at everything and everyone and the collar works but I was looking for something that won’t shock when he’s constantly barking so I purchased this product and I would say so far it definitely helps my dog he does not like the vibes of it and does stop barking. I can tell it works because he shakes his head when the sound is transmitted. It was a good value for the money so far and it’s lightweight and easy to use.

Title: Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't
Review: I am not sure why this GUODUN ARMOR Dog Bark Deterrent Device sometimes works on my dogs and sometimes has absolutely no effect. I have tried it many times, and sometimes my dogs stop and look towards me, suggesting they can hear it. other times, they seem to not hear a thing and continue to bark. For that reason, I can't suggest this device. So far the only thing that has worked every time is air spray cans that make a loud sound, so I will continue to buy those.
