Title: Excellent product
Review: Space saving well designed and makes great pizzas. Easy to use adapter for I gallon bottle, 20 gallon hose available with separate cost. Need 1 gallon hose adapter for Blackstone with 18”-2’ hose like 20 gallon. Can’t find anywhere just the attached metal adapter.Overall great unit that gets the rotating stone up to temperatures, to cook a Pizza in 120 seconds. Good job Blackstone

Title: Great oven.
Review: This is a great pizza oven. Temperature is a little hard to regulate. I mostly baked pizzas so far. Stone has gotten stained but that should be expected. I have found that corn meal is best for getting the pizzas in and out of the oven.

Title: Not impressed
Review: Takes forever to heat up and so far my record is 650 degrees which tends to burn the top of the pizza while leaving the crust still doughy. I'm probably going to give this one away and look for something better.

Title: Love the rotating pizza stone
Review: Heats up over 850 degrees Fahrenheit in about 20 minutes. Cooks the pizza in under 90 seconds. I’ve only used 3 times, but I feel like I’m getting better every time. I use the pizza dough from Trader Joe’s and it works great for me. I’ve made pepperoni and sausage pizzas and a chicken Alfredo pizza.

Title: It’s great but…
Review: I would have given this five stars, but we had a really hard time getting the pizza to cook in the middle. A heating element in the middle of this from the bottom up would be fantastic!

Title: Blackstone's best one
Review: We have both this and blackstone's pizza maker that sits on the burners. This one is by far their best one yet. We love that we can take it anywhere with us and use it in the garage, house or outside. EASY to clean and store. Our only complaint is that we wish it was bigger. We make homemade pizzas weekly and It would be nice to be able to put a 15-17 inch pizza in but it still works fantastic.
