Title: Wonderful! ... but for one flaw
Review: UPDATE after one year:These pans are great. I've used some of them literally every day and they look and work as well as the day I received them. I got past being bugged by the small flaw on one of them, mentioned below. The finish on these has held up one-hundred percent.Sure, there's a tiny bit of a tendency to stick, but they clean up extremely well. I've resorted to using a little bit of spray-on dish soap with some baking soda and 50% vinegar/water on them a few times after an especially messy stir fry session. They have cleaned up spotless and seriously like the day I bought them. If I posted pictures today and when I bought them, you would never see the difference. I even cooked one for quite some time with no water, something has ruined pans in the past. This one took it like a champ.They're a bit lightweight, but the heat distribution is pretty good. I've been using them with a glass-top electric range, if that's any help.I've put back the star I took off originally. I think these deserve it.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I'll start off by saying I really, really like this set of cookware. I'll also say that Blue Diamond customer service is responsive and professional. However, I can't help but take a star off due to a little bit of damage in the arrived product. I discovered four small dents in the cooking surface of the 9.5" frying pan. They won't affect the performance, but I can't help being just a little bit bugged every time I see them.In the hope of not having to return the whole set I reached out to Blue Diamond customer service. They responded quickly asking for photos and order details. However, ultimately, they declined to replace just the one piece. Sure, I could have returned the whole set no questions asked but have decided not to do that.So I'm writing this to say 1) This is a really, really nice set, and 2) Check everything very, very carefully on receipt. Other than this small disappointment, I'm very very happy with the purchase. I just need to get over my OCD until such time as I bang the darn things up enough myself to no longer notice this.

Title: These things are phenomenal!
Review: From the ease of cleanup, to the phenomenal non-stick true quality (I’ve been fooled before) I can’t say anything bad about these pots and pans! I love a quick fried egg sandwich in the morning. With the small skillet, I don’t even have to use a spatula or utensil of any kind. Just heat the skillet, crack, the egg, and fry it hard, and I can flip it in the air to turn and it slides right on to my toast. From scrambled eggs and cheese in the larger skillet, to frying Kielbasa in the saucepan, to pasta in the large pot, & Mac and cheese or instead au gratin potatoes in the smaller pots. It is nearly impossible to make anything stick. And EVERYTHING rinses and washed out with a little water and paper towel and goes straight to the dishwasher! Love these things!! I want the griddle and everything else!!

Title: A Great Set But Takes Some Experimenting
Review: We've been using this cookware for about 6 months now and it's still performing brilliantly. We've been through so many brands of nonstick cookware. But after trying out Blue Diamond frying pans from Target, it was clear which full set to invest in. All the pans in our set are still clean and untarnished. None of the burn marks that can show up on other non-stick pans (I'm looking at you GreenPan). PRO TIPS: 1) Cut back on the heat settings. These pans distribute heat very well. So if you normally cook at Medium High, cut back to Medium. You'll avoid burning or cooking too fast. 2) Get the set that can go from stovetop to oven to table. Less dishes to wash and the cookware keeps the food warm. 3) You can burn food to the bottom of these pans. Too hot too fast will burn anything, no matter the cookware. Just put some water into the pan and let it sit (no need to boil it). Half-hour later, that char will come right off. 4) You can use metal utensils with these pans. They won't scratch. But plastic will do too. Try them out if you want an affordable cooking set that performs well-enough for a home cook.

Review: Amazing price for such a good quality set of pots and pans. Love the beautiful blue colour and its non-stick. Happy that it is dishwasher and oven safe. I had imagined that the size of the pots and pans would be a little bigger than they actually are, but that is my bad for not checking. They are a little heavy, and the handles can heat up so be careful (metal handle not silicone). Personally found the turner to be too flexible and hence useless to me. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it!

Review: The Cookware is of great quality. It's really non stick. I made an omelet and it slid off the pan easily. The heat distribution is fine making cooking and cooking times reluable. Cleaning up is a breeze. I have yet to try them in the oven. One disappointment are the utensils. They are cheap and break easily. The spatula couldn't stand the heat because it was melting. However no regrets.
