Title: 11 Years and going strong!
Review: I bought one of these along with the very similar drill version in Dec 2013 for use in my commercial shop. It is now Nov 2024 and both are still being used regularly INCLUDING the 4 original batteries. This driver has received almost daily use for 11 years and is still working great. I've had a lot of cordless tools over the years and can't think of any where both the tool and batteries are still good after more than a decade of use. This is an absolutely outstanding tool. The feature that often gets overlooked on something like this is the accuracy and sensitivity of the clutch. Most drills do not have a clutch that can be reliably used on small screws without stripping the holes. This guy can drive even tiny things like #6x1/2" screws in soft wood all day long with the perfect torque. It is small enough to fit in tight spaces; the lack of a chuck combined with a short bit make the overall length very short. Despite being lightweight and compact, it is extremely durable and never feels fragile. It has a nice fat grip that fits perfectly in the hand. The trigger pull allows for a wide range of speed variation for good control. The batteries, despite their tiny size, last a really long time.We frequently use it with a 1/4 or 3/8" socket adapter to quickly thread fasteners in or out during assembly operations.A couple years ago we replaced all of our cordless drills with new 12V brushless Milwaukees. I love the power and high RPM of these units. However, they now have an electronic rather than mechanical clutch. That clutch is absolutely worthless on almost everything. It basically cuts the power at a specific torque, which sounds great in theory. But unlike a mechanical clutch, it doesn't instantly stop the torque. The spin-down time of the motor before full stop means that unless you're going really slow, anything you'd want to use a clutch on will strip out before it stops turning. As a result, this Bosch driver has become even more popular as the brushless Milwaukees are now exclusively drill-only use.Now I'm back to buy a few more of these driver and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a quality clutch for their operations.

Title: The Near Perfect Cordless Driver
Review: Several years ago I received, as a gift, a kit comprised of a Craftsman cordless drill and screwdriver. The drill has performed admirably, and the 19.2 volt batteries seem to be up to par, even about 12 years later. The screwdriver was a small, 3v affair that was "OK", and was useful for a few years. But the battery deteriorated, and within the last 12 months or so the battery wouldn't hold a charge at all.So I went on a hunt for a high quality, reliable cordless screwdriver. I did a lot of reading of reviews, not only on Amazon and other retail sites, but on forums for construction professionals and serious DIYers. The consensus seemed to come down to Milwaukee, Makita and this Bosch. The only consistent criticism of the Bosch was that the guide light does not come on prior to the drill starting to spin. This is not true. With VERY gentle pressure, the light does come on before the spin up. Yes, it is tricky do get just the right force to accomplish this, and yes, I think Bosch could have done a better job of implementing this feature. Is that worth the deduction of a whole star? No, not in my opinion; others may differ. This driver pretty much does everything else right. The size and form factor are great. The weight and balance seem to be perfect. The torque control is, at least in my experience so far, excellent. Shipping with a spare battery is more than a nice touch. The only other things worth mentioning regard the carrying case. It is large and well made, but the straps that hold the driver and spare battery in place don't really do the job. In other words, the interior seems to be haphazardly designed or perhaps designed for some other tool.So far on a few small jobs on which I've used this driver, it has performed flawlessly. As mentioned, the torque control is very good, and speed control is equally excellent.I am expecting many good years of service, and at this point feel the price represents great value.

Review: I've been building up a great bosch 12 volt kit recently all from amazon at some very good price offers this latest the PS 21N pocket screwdriver actually came as a USA import had to wait approximately a week or so for it to be delivered but arrived by EVRI surprisingly not amazon days early, and very well tracked from start to finish.Don't be fooled by the size & power of this tool it packs a punch if needed and delicate on light jobs ,its a nice size not heavy but well built I put a 4 amp hr battery in it so should last ages depending on use it can be a real asset to the user if you spend a lot of time using these tools instead of the 18 or 20 volt big lads you will be impressed extremely well built and solid professional range tool from Bosch.
