Title: Awesome Breathing trainer device! A must have!!!
Review: Very simple and effective breathing device, works really well and I like the flexibility of being able to use different sizes of balls to adjust the resistance! It comes with a convenient case to keep the device clean and easy to carry. Can be cleaned with ease. I have tried different breathing devices and this is one of the best ones so far, highly recommend!! A great value for money! 🙂

Title: Works great!
Review: I've had this for about a month. It was suggested to me. I run/walk 6 miles a day. At the age of 71 I find my lung capacity is not what it used to be so I decided to try this product. I started to notice a difference after using it for approx. 2 weeks. I feel like I am getting more air when I am taking deep breaths.

Title: Helpful for moving mucus
Review: I bought this when I had a lot of chest congestion. At first I thought it would work like an incentive spirometer. It’s a different method and mechanism but it definitely reminds me to take deeper breaths and the ball does have a vibration that seems to assist with the upwards movement of mucus so you can expel more easily.

Title: Made a positive difference
Review: I purchased two of these devices. I got one for my adult son who recently quit smoking and feels like he still has alot of gunk to get rid of. He will receive it as a gift in a few days.I also purchased one for myself to try because I had a persistent cough. I had tried suggestions from a health care provider, but the did not affect a change. I began using this a couple of times a day and it was easy to see why it might make a difference. I DID cough with exhales while using the device. With practice, I got better at using it so that I could feel the effects in my lungs while performing the exhales. Do You know what? It cleared that persistent cough that the medicine from health care providers did not. I am looking forward to positive results for my son too!
