Title: Great printer
Review: This is my third Canon printer. The first two lived a very long life (both over 10 years). I picked this model as my replacement for three reasons.1) It has a document feeder for those occasions when I need to copy or scan multiple pages2) It supports up to 11x17 paper. While I'll never need that size, it's nice to be able to scan and print 8.5 x 14!3) Although I may not need it any more in today's world, this printer supports printing directly on a CD or DVD.I just completed and tested the printer. I'm extremely satisfied with it, as it performs as well as my previous Canon printers.

Title: Excellent
Review: This is my replacement printer as my other Canon had for a long time finally had its last run. Replaced with same brand and this Pixma similar to my other but with extra features is just unbelievable! Even prints 11x17 and copies grouped manuals without opening lid for each page I absolutely love it! I just stocked up on ink I know i will be using it like crazy and I don't want to run out of it. I recommend this model for features, Company reputation, quality printing and overall compact and looks it is perfect in every way I am so very happy with this purchase I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a great printer.

Title: Do not buy - issues connecting to WiFi.
Review: My Canon printer, which lasted 15 years, finally gave out, so I followed customer service's recommendation and bought a new Canon model. I would have used their upgrade program, but the 5-7 business days delivery time was too long. Amazon delivered in two days, but I ended up spending hours trying to connect the printer to my Wi-Fi network. After multiple attempts with desktops, laptops, iPhones, and iPads, the printer only connected directly and showed as “offline” for network printing.I followed all troubleshooting steps from the app and Canon’s website, restarted my modem repeatedly, and even switched from an eero 6e to an eero Pro gateway, but nothing worked. I even gave it another try the next day, but it still wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Since I need a network printer, this one is being returned to Amazon today.Because I need a functioning printer urgently, I’m buying a similar model from a local store. If that one also has connection issues, I’ll consider switching brands, as it seems there's a problem with this particular printer’s technology. Canon tech support is unavailable, so returning it is my only option.For reference, my old printer connected to the network without issue, and all my other smart devices work fine. This new printer should connect but doesn’t. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience to help others avoid similar frustration.

Title: Perfect! This is the third one I have purchased!
Review: I run a couple of small businesses and found my first Pixma TS9520 lasted for several years of continuous use without a problem. When I had to replace it, I bought another one without hesitation, and I also bought one for the non-profit that I work with when they needed a good reliable machine that volunteers with a range of skill levels could use. Love it! I have used the 11x17 print feature to make newsletters and fliers for my businesses and love the print quality. Highly recommend.

Title: Awkward Printer
Review: I owned another Canon printer previously. While the print on this one is clear and crisp, The printer has some awkward features. The front navigation panel has to be lifted up while printing, making it hard to see any stats or messages on the screen. The rear tray also is inconvenient. You can't just load the paper in and go. You have to close a feed slot cover before printing. While this doesn't affect the functionality, it is really a poor design for a printer. If I had to choose again, it probably wouldn't be this model.

Title: Canon Printer - still a great quality printer
Review: This is a replacement for the Canon printer that we purchased in 2011. The old one still worked perfectly but the "ink waste receptacle" was almost full. That is what the printer kept telling me for the seven months it took me to buy a new printer. Canon no longer supported that printer and it is something I could not repair myself. So far, this printer works just as well as the last one. I am still figuring out how to do the things I used the old one for.
