Title: Unfussy and unpretentious. Love it. Used it a lot. Generally hate cookbooks.
Review: This cookbook is amazing (and I generally do not like cookbooks) and I basically want to (or did) make almost everything. The ingredients aren’t fussy and the prep is generally pretty simple. There’s no feeling of this book being targeted at a certain demographic only because there are lots of practical suggestions for people that do not have time for fancy stuff they couldn’t find if they wanted to. Let’s just say I live in a very rural area and haven’t had any problems finding necessary ingredients via big-box pick-ups during the pandemic. Best thing is - my 8 year old pretty much loves everything I’ve made from this book! Win win! Our families hands down favorite? Sweet potato toasts. If you’re needing some ideas for your either simplifying your menu, cleaning up the diet you’re used to, or just want quick things that you can throw together with very little planning due to the low number of ingredients then this is your cookbook. See how many recipes I’ve bookmarked since I’ve gotten this? And I can’t eat dairy, soy, onions, beans, peppers, etc. I have a very picky dietary perimeter and I can make pretty much everything in here with a possible sub here or there to avoid triggers. Seriously underpriced for how good it is.

Title: Start eating clean!
Review: There are a lot of good recipes in this book to get you going on clean eating! There aren't a lot of ingredients either in each recipe so you don't have to have lots of ingredients on hand. Try it and hopefully the clean eating will help you loose a few pounds and get you feeling much healthier and stronger! I recommend it.

Title: Initial Review of Book/Recipes Look Great!
Review: While I like the overall simplicity of the recipes, I love the tips and alternatives. As any cook knows, the method of preparation can make or break the dish.

Title: Healthy Food Simplified!
Review: 5-Ingredient Clean Eating reminds me that eating well & healthy does not have to be complicated. Snezana seamlessly shows us that keeping it simple brings out flavors to make you want more and more! From salads to smoothies to healthy proteins to dessert style snacks, the book covers it all. I have followed Snezana on Instagram for some time now and always leave her page inspired to do better in my kitchen not just for me but my Family. Feeling grateful to have a copy of this book but also for all my exchanges with Snezana on the need for more nutritional health integration into our healthcare system!

Title: NOT just 5 ingredients
Review: Misleading title. Many recipes with more than five ingredients! The only reason I bought the book was because I thought there were only five ingredients! It ranges up to 10 ingredients and I saw some also have a sauce you have to make which is even more ingredients. That being said the book format is pretty good.

Title: Easy to use
Review: I like this cookbook a lot there are a bunch of recipes that I’m familiar with and then a bunch that are new to me. Also just as the title suggests they’re all 5 ingredients and super simple to make, calorie count is also included. Love it! I don’t cook ever so this is a huge help.

Title: Great weeknight approach to whole healthy eating
Review: This cookbook is designed for real people who prepare dinners with limited time. Ingredient lists are reasonable and widely available, and there is plenty of variety including healthy whole foods. I like their lists explaining how to stock a clean pantry and refrigerator, and advice on when you should invest in organic produce (avoid the “dirty dozen“)

Title: Great starter book
Review: All the recipes are easy and are surprisingly delicious. I have been surprised how many recipes can be made for any dinner style. From a fish and steak to tofu all the dishes have been awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone starting their clean eating journey.
